Each of the 4 bedrooms features a private full bath. There are bedrooms on both levels with the master bedroom on the first floor. The MBR suite has a private bath with jacuzzi tub and private waterside balcony. There's also a smaller bedroom with two twins on the first level. The two bedrooms upstairs are private wings off the game room. The game room has two separate gaming tables that young and old alike will enjoy. Checkers with the grandkids! There is bathroom access on this level for guests that use the sleeper sofa in the game room. The kitchen opens to the dining & living room areas which are flanked by floor to ceiling windows & cathedral ceiling. If you're visiting off season, there's a fireplace in the living room for your enjoyment. Off the living room you'll find a large all-weather waterside gazebo that opens out the the decks. It's a perfect spot for your gatherings. La Dolce Vita is a beautiful home with a well-thought-out floor plan that you'll truly enjoy. This fabulous "Beach Bungalow" is waiting for you! Tucked away on the marshlands overlooking Oyster Bay and the East Side of the island is where you'll find this 3 bedroom cute-as-a-button cottage. There are fresh new upgrades, including a bathroom, a new laundry closet, and a new deck. The bright, natural sunlight streams into the rooms via skylights and the floor plan is open and inviting. The living room extends to the dining area, which is completely open to the kitchen. Off of the kitchen, you step down into a family room/bedroom with a full bathroom, futon fold-out bed, and a Twin pull-out sleeper chair. From the hallway off of the dining area, you'll find two more bedrooms, one with a new ensuite bathroom. There is a new washer/dryer closet and a full bathroom accessed in the hallway. The master bedroom will be your favorite spot in the house with large sliding doors on 3 sides and a fabulous, cozy sitting area overlooking the marshes and bay, it's perfect for unwinding after a day at the beach, or quietly starting your day. Conveniently located to Maddox Boulevard (Beach Road) and downtown Chincoteague Island you're only a few minutes from restaurants, shopping, movies, the beach, and more! Downstairs you'll find an open floor plan with a fully equipped kitchen - with range, refrigerator, and dishwasher. A breakfast bar to enjoy a quick bite before you head to the beach. A comfortable and cozy living area with television. A half bath and washer and dryer can also be found downstairs for your convenience as well. A small porch with sliding door is located off of the living room, allowing you to crack open to let in the island breezes flowing over Assateague Channel. Upstairs you'll find the two bedrooms, both with queen beds. Beautiful, rustic, nautical themed decor. A full bath with tub/shower is also located upstairs as well. Enjoy your cup of coffee or cocktail on the cute patio area outside, or just to get a little extra island sunshine. Memorial Park is an easy walk or bike ride down the street, with a great pier for fishing and crabbing, tennis courts, and walking paths.
