Off the kitchen is a private den area with a new twin sleeper- a perfect spot to catch up on your reading! There's a half bath on the first floor. All bedrooms are on the second level. There's a owner suite, with a king bed as well as another full bath on the second level. You will also find another bedroom, featuring a new king bed, as well as the 3rd bedroom featuring a queen sized bed. The 4 bedroom is the bonus room- this room is complete with a new full bed and 4 twin beds. The Virginian features central heat and air, laundry facilities, garage, propane grill, outdoor shower, and more! Located on a bulkheaded lot on a canal that comes up from Oyster Bay, you can throw your crab pot in right outside the back door.

The house now has 2 screen porches and a balcony that lets you feel as though you are living in in a nature preserve! Homestead sleeps 5 but best suited for 4 adults. There are now 2 full sized bathrooms. Amenities include bikes, beach chairs and umbrellas: games, crayons and colored paper and good parking. And as part of the property, you?ll vacation alongside the oldest home on the island, The Captain Timothy Hill House, listed on the National Register of Historic Places. With a tidal pond in front and unspoiled woods in back, Homestead is private, quiet and with lots of room outside. A perfect retreat! So relax on one of the porches, feel the breeze from the bay, watch the animals and birds that come by or take an outside shower under the stars.
