As you make your way further into your beach retreat, you will find a large open kitchen featuring granite countertops,  stainless steel appliances and all the essential cookware to prepare delicious meals during your stay. The owners master en suite is situated so as to fully encompass those beautiful bay views, while also offering a luxury bathroom with a tiled shower and jacuzzi tub. Enjoy an evening beverage of choice while sitting on the balcony watching the sunsets, or a nice cup of coffee in the morning. The balcony is accessible from both the owners suite and the open living area.  Enjoy the convenience of restaurants , shops, the movie theater and much more with the downtown location of the Sunset Bay Villa condos.

Two other bedrooms feature a queen in one, and a twin in the other. Fully equipped kitchen and dining area with coffee maker, refrigerator/freezer, dishwasher, electric range, and plenty of countertop for that family seafood feast you will want to make while you're with us. Have a few friends sit at the bar while you mix up a few cocktails, then enjoy "people-watching" on the Chincoteague Channel as the evening picks up.
