Upstairs features a master suite bedroom (with newly remodeled bathroom) and a private balcony that offers lighthouse/water views, as well as a second full bath (also remodeled) and another bedroom with a double bed and two twins. Lighthouse Estates offers a community pool and water access/shared dock for guests.
