This home boasts magnificent views of the Bay, offering a prime location to one of the Shore's coolest little beach towns. Upon entering your vacation home, Sunflower Cottage welcomes you into the enclosed porch - perfect for enjoying a morning cup of coffee or an evening libation. Bountiful views are featured from this room, as well as most every room in the home! Sunflower Cottage offers two bedrooms, one full bathroom, and there is plenty of seating outdoors if you like to dine al fresca. Amenities also include an outdoor shower and a large bench seat/patio area overlooking the water. Walk down the steps at low tide and stick your toes in the sand right in your own back yard!  To complete the vacation package, Cape Charles is a short drive away with some of the best restaurants, shops, and of course the beach for your enjoyment. On-site amenities include:  a gas grill, 20’ radius fire pit, 2 kayaks, a SUP, and 2 bicycles.  There is a boat launch on the property and two docks (one floating).  Linens and towels are provided. 

The Hosta Cottage:  850 square ft.  Full Kitchen and Laundry.  French Limestone Floors and tiled bathroom. Sleeps 2 (Queen Bed). Separate Private Outdoor Dining area (not included in square footage above).  Outdoor Shower. Smart TV.  WIFI.

In addition to Hosta Cottage, the compound is also home to two other luxurious dwellings: Porter’s Barn and Creek House. All combined, The Creek Compound will accommodate 18 with no parking problems. Please note that this listing is for Hosta Cottage only; the other two homes - Creek House and Porter's Barn - must be booked separately.
