"Enjoyed staying at Hill House"
Our stay at Hill House has been great for our family of 7. Meghan, Charlie, and other staff were friendly and very patient. We plan to return. It was an easy walk to shops and the Island Creamery was a doable walk most days. There was a smell inside the house that bothered some in our family and increased during our stay. The mattress on the double bed in the downstairs bedroom could be better.

What a charming and conveniently located home! The A/C was fantastic (upstairs was NOT warmer than downstairs as is often the case). We spent many nights on the spacious front porch, enjoying quality family time. After long days at the beach, dinner was a quick walk into town. The master bed was SO comfortable, and the kids loved their rooms, too. The house was well-stocked with all equipment needed to make meals, and the welcome package as a first time renter was the prefect touch - and really came in handy! We definitely would stay here again and absolutely recommend it to others!

We had a great time this week staying at Hill House! It's spacious, the air conditioner works great and it was very clean. You also cannot beat the location! A short walking distance to downtown! I wish we would have been prepared for how steep the steps were to go upstairs since I'm pregnant and my dad doesn't handle stairs very well to begin with. We had a small problem and they responded within minutes and had a plumber to our house within about 15 minutes! Overall we loved this house and our stay! Thank you!

My family and I have been vacationing in Chincoteague for 20 years. This is the first time we have rented and we loved the home! Perfect location for us and our four 20 something children. The house was full of charm, great beach vibes, and clean! We had many memorable nights on the front porch. The kitchen was well stocked and the set up allowed for us to invite friends over for dinner. The vacation rental staff responded quickly to my messages and provided great service!We are looking forward to returning!

First time in Chincoteague. It is a lovely small town. By the end of our stay we had pretty much figured out where stuff was. House is older home with tons of space and in wonderful condition. I could live there year round. We ate at AJ's on the Creek and it was wonderful food. Drive wasn't bad to get to beach which was lovely. Lots of gift shops on Maddox Street.

This house is nicely renovated but still kept its timeless charm. Love the screened in porch where you can spend your time relaxing without worrying about mosquitoes attacking you. It’s very comfortable and has everything you need (especially in the kitchen). It’s a short walk to the LOVE park, grocery, and restaurants. Loved our stay!

The Hill house decor and set up on the main floor is fabulous. Love how big and open the kitchen and three eating areas are spread out from dining room to kitchen nook -accommodates everyone with lots of space! Upstairs those three bedrooms and master bath along with a hall bath. The only downside to this property is outside backyard space is limited to cars and bikes only. No privacy in the backyard.

Welcome to Hill House! Wonderful traditional island home with fantastic new upgrades! The kitchen has been renovated, along with the bathrooms. Excellent in town location - walk to dinner, movie, shopping & galleries. Enjoy the beautiful Chincoteague sunsets with a beautiful water view! Hill House features 4 bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms, with a first floor bedroom (double/twin Bunk) & 1/2 bath. Three more bedrooms on the second floor with a master suite (king) that offers a private staircase to the dining room. The third bedroom (queen) and fourth (two twins) are also located on the second floor. Enjoy the modern amenities of this lovingly restored island home, all while being in the middle of downtown Chincoteague's happenings.
- Linens and towels are included with your reservation.
- No smoking is permitted on the premises.
- This property is pet friendly with a pet fee per pet. Pet fee is $150 per pet. All pets must be disclosed prior to arrival.
- Any reservations made for a future year (known as "Advanced Reservations") are subject to rate and availability changes. These reservations will be confirmed in January of the arrival year.
