"Lovely home"

Well appointed two story town home. Comfy beds and furniture. Enjoyed crabbing off the private dock. Thanks for a wonderful time!

"Comfortable and relaxing accommodations"

We had stayed at the unit before, and were pleasantly surprised to find that it has been redecorated. Everything was in order, and there was no left behind food Or substandard cooking gear. Coastal shore vacations were very responsive to our questions. This is a great location, and there is no substitute for the lighthouse softly illuminating the front bedroom at night!

We appreciated that the unit was pet friendly and well stocked. We really need to give a great shout out to the entire agency but specifically Claire. She was amazing to work with and she made us feel at home and welcomed.

"Summer Vacat"

Perfect house for my family (and dog)! The first time with my family to CI and it did not disappoint! The house had everything we needed. The community pool and pier were a plus. Walked over to the pier to see the sunrise every morning and greeted by the ducks and other birds. My favorite part was the lighthouse light at night. Master bed was comfy. Washer and dryer units were helpful. Will stay again! A mile from everything.

"Perfect family vacation spot"

You cannot beat the view of Assateague Lighthouse from Lighthouse Estates #8. Spacious open living room and kitchen. Half bath downstairs is super convenient. Beds are very comfortable. The kitchen is well stocked. There is a cute little balcony off the master with a direct view of the lighthouse. The shared dock is awesome. You’re just down the street from Memorial Park where there is a playground, kayak launch, and public fishing docks. East Side is super quiet but you’re only minutes from restaurants and food trucks. The pool is a nice size and a favorite amenity for our family. Bonus points for being a pet friendly unit. We love Lighthouse Estates #8!

"Will definitely come back!"

We have stayed at other locations over the years. This rental had the best view and amenities. We utilized the pool every day and the kids had fun fishing off the private pier. Kitchen was well stocked which was appreciated. Very clean and loved the beachy decor.

Neat little home to stay not far from Assateague. Easy check in and clear instructions for checkout. Kitchen has all utensils you need for cooking. Rooms were clean. Would definitely stay again.

"Home away from home!"

We stayed in Natalie’s Nook for a whole week, and the place was perfect! Two bedrooms and two bathrooms upstairs, big closets, a lovely living room for board games & movie nights, a huge dinner table, and a fully equipped kitchen (we cooked, baked, made coffee, you name it). The location was great too, quiet but close to everything, with easy parking. The place felt like home and we had a great time. We would definitely stay again!! Highly recommended.

Enjoy all the amenities and features one could desire during their vacation - a pool, water & lighthouse views, a pier perfect for fishing, crabbing or kayaking, not to mention a vacation rental filled with all the comforts of home! Downstairs you'll find an open floor plan with living room, kitchen, dining area and powder room. Upstairs features 2 bedrooms (one master en suite with private bathroom and water view balcony) and a full bathroom off the hallway. Lighthouse Estates #8 is conveniently located to The Pearl Restaurant, the waterfront Memorial Park, boat rentals, the Town public boat ramp & more! Come for a fabulous, relaxing stay! . 

- Linens and towels are included with your reservation.
- No smoking is permitted on the premises. 
- This property is pet friendly with a pet fee per pet. Pet fee is $150 per pet. All pets must be disclosed prior to arrival. Pet restriction: limited to one dog, no cats.
- Any reservations made for a future year (known as "Advanced Reservations") are subject to rate and availability changes. These reservations will be confirmed in January of the arrival year.
