We enjoyed our stay at return. Everything was very nice and it was well equipped. It would be nice to have a TV in the living room since that is where the large area of seating it. I know the view is lovely and we enjoyed that, but after dark, we like to gather to watch a movie and that is not possible here. Thanks,and we look forward to coming back to Return next year.

Our recent weekend getaway to Chincoteague was perfect for our group of friends attending the seafood festival. The views from Return were absolutely stunning, offering picturesque scenes that felt straight out of a postcard.Upon arrival, we were delighted to find the rental well-appointed with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The main area of the house was perfect for spending quality time together, playing games and catching up on each other'slives. Every aspect of the rental contributed to a relaxing and enjoyable stay.And let's not forget about the location - it couldn't have been better. Situated in a prime spot, we were within easy reach of all the attractions and activities Chincoteague has to offer. Our weekend away with friends was nothing short of perfect thanks to this exceptional rental. We wouldn't hesitate to book it again for our next getaway. Highly recommended!

The home is very comfortable with plenty of space for our group. The views are fantastic and we certainly use the deep water dock. The layout is nice and the furniture is comfortable.

We had a wonderful time at Return. There are some things that could use attention. For example, towel bars in the kitchen and bathrooms; reader- friendly lighting; the white chair in the living room needs reupholstering; pillow covers and bed coverlet need laundering; with so many different HVAC thermostats on the market, instructions on operating the one at Return would be helpful; the HVAC system kept the house very comfortable; the washer and dryer were easy to use and very fast; great views of the refuge, marsh, bird activity, and the ever changing sunrises from inside the house, the deck, and screened in porch. A section of screen does need replacing. The well stocked kitchen had everything we needed; the house has great tables for working jigsaw puzzles. Activities and businesses on the island are accessible by walking, as well as driving or biking. The island's grocery and speciality food, ice cream and beverage shops, especially those with fresh seafood and vegetables, provide for a wide range of menu planning. We enjoyed daily visits to the wildlife refuge and beach; ate out at The Village restaurant; the Creamery; and Capt. Zack's. We visited Thanksgiving Week, and some eateries were closed for the season. The property management team was very professional from reserving the house to check-out.

Our group of friends have been renting a vacation home for years in Chincoteague once we found this property,we return there every summer. The home is lovely and well equipped for group living. The deck is in shade in the late afternoon with a breeze- perfect for our evening cocktails- with a dock and view of the channel and Assateague Island including the lighthouse! We look forward to our week all year long.

This is our third year renting in Chincoteague but the first time at the Return cottage. Our stay at the Return was outstanding. The location and water views were probably the best in all of Chincoteagure and the house was ovely and very comfortable with every amenity we coulld possibly need.

We have enjoyed staying here for a couple of years now and have a very nice time each year. Very comfortable home.

We loved this house- it was great for kids and adults alike. The kids had their own space with TV, while the parents chat on the deck, screen porch or living room facing the water. Would definitely come back.

Rental was easy to book and notifications were sent to keep me updated.

We enjoyed this vacation immensely! Would definitely return to The Return!It doesn’t say there’s five bedrooms but there is! Sleeps 12+ It was perfect being on the water with our own dock!

We had a small family weekend retreat. There was 8 of us, all adults and there was plenty of room. We could all be together or do stuff separately. Return is a wonderful vacation property. You can never go wrong with Chincoteague Resort Realty.

We love this lovely house and have stayed here 4 years.But the owners seriously need to replace the refrigerator. We had trouble with it cooling for two days before a repair company came and worked on it for more than an hour- hardly what we needed on vacation! And the AC needed a service call too.Heres hoping for next year...

This was a wonderful property where the photos don't do the house justice. The house was very well equipped and all appliances and features were in tip top working order. The home was very clean and well maintained. We would 100% consider a return (no pun intended) stay in the future.

We enjoyed our stay at "Return". It was all that we six could have wanted. We enjoy the natural features of Chincoteague, and this house met that goal: faced the water; could see the refuge and refuge lighthouse; watched waterfowl and horses on the refuge.The house was well equipped for the cooks in the family; the house was tastefully decorated; and more then one family member commented on the comfortable furniture.FOR THE OWNER(S)--each bathroom, that is not already so equipped, could use hooks and/or towel bars for hanging towels/face towels/wash cloths.
