"So Relaxing"

This was a wonderful place to spend time. The kitchen was well stocked and the views were amazing. I would advise the owner to replace the dresser in the master bedroom as it has several issues and that the new wifi connection instruction be placed on the refrigerator. We found the instructions in a frame on an stand after we accomplished our own detective work. Overall, the communication with your agency has kept us coming back as we have used your services for at least 25 years. Thank you.

We had a great stay! My one comment is that the last night around 11pm the smoke alarm upstairs started acting up. For about an hour it was intermittently beeping 1-3 times every 5 to 15 minutes or so. The green light flashed and I understand that indicates smoke. There was no smoke whatsoever. Pushing the reset button helped turn the light to a solid green but then the problem came back. The red light is functioning correctly for a FirstAlert9120b (I looked up the model). I was washing and drying some clothes-I turned that off, set the thermostat cooler and positioned a fan on the hallway. That seemed to do the trick. Otherwise I would have texted. Made for a sleepy morning but not the end of the world! Thanks!

We truly enjoyed Logan's Sunset! We went for 3 days in November. The location was perfect -- right on the water with a private dock for amazing views of the sunset. The unit was clean, well-equipped, and very close to town.

Enjoyed our latest stay in Chincoteague. House was clean, furniture sturdy and comfy. South end of Island will always be our fav. Still not sure if we like this contactless check in and out. Kinda like to see a face and voice giving us all the info. Oyster Fest was very filling and enjoyed ourselves with all our friends and relatives. The tv's were confusing to us older generation. Would be nice to have written instructions to just watch tv in each room.

This home was wonderful! The views are beautiful. Nicely decorated. Two deck areas to enjoy. One fully screened in. Master suite is large with a beautiful bay view as well. Kitchen has everything and more! Also used the cruiser bikes to ride around the island in the morning watching the sun come up.

This place is relaxing and comfortable, which is much needed for my husband and I. He's in law enforcement and I am a nurse, for vacation we really just want to relax and unwind. This place is perfect for it. My family and I have been staying at this wonderful rental for the past 4 years for our summer vacation. We have been coming to the island for our summer vacation for the past 12 years. We love this rental. The new owners did a fabulous job on updating it. You cannot beat the beautiful sunset views and awesome fishing from the pier. The beds and living room furniture is very comfortable. Our kids love the bunk room. The kitchen has pretty much everything you need.

We love coming here to Logan's Sunset. It's our home away from home. I would like to see some newer cookware. That's my only concern. We've already booked for next year. It'll be our 5th year in a row there.

The windows from the family room, dining room and master bedroom are just spectacular. The sunsets are stunning. It was a great place to relax. The house was immaculately cleaned, and the listing had noted that it has been updated for 2021 - we really liked the furnishings/decorations. It is a quiet spot - a little drive to the restaurants and the national park - but not an inconvenience. We stayed in January and it was on the cool side - the extra blankets were appreciated, and the heat did kick in (just took a bit to warm the upstairs). The dock was fun for our daughter to explore.

Welcome to ‘Saltwater', formerly known as 'Logan's Sunset.' A lovely 2 story waterfront townhouse on Chincoteague Bay with gorgeous views from both floors. Experience beautiful sunsets and NASA rocket launches from the front balcony. The screened back porch offers a great source of private outdoor entertainment as it boasts a comfortable six-person dining area. All three bedrooms have their own flat screen tv with cable. The main bedroom includes a desk perfect for working from home, virtual learning and streaming. Saltwater includes high-speed internet and free Wi-Fi. The main bedroom has it's own ensuite full bath with jetted tub/shower. The additional bedroom has a private full tub/shower. The 3rd bedroom has a bunk with two full size beds with an additional twin bed.  Guests can also enjoy the coastal outdoor shower. The private expansive 600 foot shared deep water dock provides hours of endless Saltwater fun! 

Need more space? Rent "Sunset Dreams" right next door! 

Saltwater has a fully stocked kitchen including an outdoor charcoal grill.

- Linens and towels are included with your reservation.
- No smoking is permitted on the premises. 
- This property is pet friendly with a pet fee per pet. Pet fee is $150 per pet. All pets must be disclosed prior to arrival. 
- Any reservations made for a future year (known as "Advanced Reservations") are subject to rate and availability changes. These reservations will be confirmed in January of the arrival year.
