"Definitely would stay again."

This was our 12th year visiting the island with a different home each year and this year we experienced a very comfortable week at Shreiner’s Tradition. The house was clean and comfortable with everything that we needed. Loved the original hardwood floors and the cheerful colors throughout. The kitchen cabinetry could be freshened up, but there’s lots of counter space. Comfortable and clean furniture in the sitting area and in the living room. Two full baths that are very nice. There’s an outside shower but we didn’t use it. The porch is great for your morning coffee or anytime of day. The only things missing are a washer and dryer, so just keep that in mind when you pack. Great location for in town activities. We would definitely stay again. Only problem we had was the a/c in the downstairs bathroom dripped water onto the floor. Turned the unit off to stop the drip. Texted Coastal Shore to let them know. Happened our last day there.

"Quaint Cottage"

What a gem…great location! The place was very clean and has a great cottage feel to it! Loved the front enclosed porch which was great for drinking our morning coffee and reading a book while watching the every day island activity in the neighborhood. It is also pet friendly with a great fenced in back yard (love/love)!! The kitchen is very spacious and the living area very comfortably seats the 6 guests max. 2 Full baths !! The home is located in the middle of all Chincoteague activities. Recommend for a nice relaxing visit to the island.

Was an overall good experience. Within walking distance of alot of things. Nice neighborhood.Steps steep to upstairs and offsets into rooms took some getting used to after we stumbled a few times.Layout of house nice and was pet friendly.Chincoteague Resort Staff were very friendly and answered questions readily.

We loved the house and will hope to stay again next summer! Quiet and cozy, easy to walk to historic downtown, but still easily accessible to the main strip and the refuge. This was our second summer staying as a family of 3, and we love every second of it. I would recommend installing a small washer and dryer in the downstairs bathroom, but it still wasnt a terrible inconvenience to just bring extra clothes. It would also be nice to have a small grill, backyard table and some chairs to enjoy the evening breeze.

Wonderful experience overall! The only thing we would have liked to have is a washer and dryer. The downtown laundromat was closed, so it made it less convenient with a family of five.Thanks again for an enjoyable stay!The Blake Family

As one of our newest vacation rental offerings, we're pleased to be have this downtown charmer! Shreiner's Tradition is a renovated 2+ bedroom home located just outside the downtown area. Enjoy walking to restaurants, shopping, ice cream and the movie theater! This home features an eat-in kitchen, 2 living room/sitting areas, 2 bedrooms upstairs (each has a double bed) and a walk-through room with bunk beds. Not to mention the great front porch - you'll enjoy mornings and afternoons sipping coffee or relaxing after the beach!

- Linens and towels are included with your reservation.
- No smoking is permitted on the premises. 
- This property is pet friendly with a pet fee per pet. Pet fee is $150 pet pet. All pets must be disclosed prior to arrival. Pet restriction: 2 dog limit and no cats
- Any reservations made for a future year (known as "Advanced Reservations") are subject to rate and availability changes. These reservations will be confirmed in January of the arrival year.
