"Excellent"
This was our second year staying at the Stingray the week after Labor Day. We love visiting Chincoteague and the Condo is very comfortable.

We have stayed at Stingray several times. It meets the needs of our party of 4, with just the two bedrooms. We will continue to book this property in the future. Just two concerns. It was often a struggle to open the sliding door to the porch. The door probably needs some work. In addition, the screen door also needs some minor repairs. All else was good.

Beautiful location. Clean. One repair is the back deck railing and the deck needs cleaning of sand particals and debris so that ants aren't making their homes in it. Overall perfect spot!

The unit was a second floor unit and very tastefully decorated with a beautiful view of the channel and Assateague Island. The sofa bed was very uncomfortable and we purchased an air mattress for our stay. The other beds were fine though. The neighbors however felt it necessary to report any minor discrepancies to the owner who would then contact the agency. We had a small boat but was not allowed to keep it there although others did. We rented scooters for a day and parked behind our cars so not to take up parking space but were told by neighbors to park them elsewhere. We were asked to move our crab traps from the pier so the neighbors could moor their boat. However the agency was wonderful in trying to find us a more accommodating rental based on our needs though we declined as it would have resulted in loosing a day to move. But we certainly appreciated the effort and consideration. We have always used Chincoteague Resort Vacations as our go to agency and will continue to use their service. We will keep in mind however to make sure all our information is clear so not to have issues with the rentals in the future.

Our only complaint was that the cleaning service had not cleaned the table on the deck. It was so bad it made me wonder if it had not been cleaned since last season.
