"Beautiful Water Views"
Clean. Lovely home. The only improvement would be our personal preference of a King Bed in one of the rooms. Thanks for a lovely stay

This place was one of our favorites and we’ve been to Chincoteague numerous times! Very clean, very cozy, yet very roomy and more than enough space for us. it was just the 2 of us, but can definitely fit a family of 4 easily. The views were great. We absolutely loved being by the water and able to to fish and crab. Easy access to the main island and a covered parking space was a plus. We will definitely be back! Thank you for a great stay!

Overall a nice rental experience. One of the best things about the rental is the scenic views.The property was also adequately furnished and in a convenient location. I had hopes of docking our boat at one of the available slips, but the low water level made this unrealistic and is a consideration for those with similar thoughts. Also there is an abundance of ducks and geese roaming the property and their presence and droppings became annoying. Those with physical limitations may find climbing the flights of stairs within the rental challenging. Overall a decent experience and I would consider renting this property again.

condo was very clean, just the right amount of room for three people. The biggest downfall was no Wi-Fi. We watched the geese and many boats go by and saw dolphins, with beautiful weather. Very quiet area and not much traffic. Could hear some music from across the water.but no chairs on lower deck to sit and enjoy. parking is very limited, you can park two next to each other if you have smaller ones, we have a suburban...just high enough not sure a high top van would fit.

This was the PERFECT rental for my husband and I! The unit was clean and attractively decorated. The set up was so convenient. My husband fished every DAY from the dock, just steps away from our unit's door. We could hear music from across the channel in the evenings and enjoyed the sunset views!

We loved our stay here during pint penning week. Super clean. Kitchen had everything you needed. Nice dock to crab and fish. Marsh Island is nice and quiet. I would stay here again!

This was my 1st time visiting Chincoteague Island. I can honestly say I will be back next year. We stayed the second week of July, we had beautiful weather. If you are looking for a couple or family vacation this is perfect. It is not very commercialized it is definitely a home away from home. If you've never been to the Chincoteague Island or the Assateague Island I suggest you go you will never regret. I have listed just a few pictures of the wonderful things at the Island.
