"Beautiful home with Sensational View"

This home is very comfortable and meticulously cleaned. It was a great surprise to have a welcome package with paper towels and travel size bathroom and kitchen supplies. I appreciate all the thoughts put into the clean condo and welcome items.

"Five Star Villa"

We stayed in villa 118 with another couple for one week. The condo was scrupulously clean and well organized. There was plenty of space for guest items in the kitchen, bedrooms and bathrooms. The channel views from the windows made us feel “at sea”. This unit is perfect for couples as it has two king sized beds. We rode bikes, went to the beach, checked out some restaurants, and even did the Bay Back tour with Captain Barry. But the best thing was coming back to the villa, chatting on the balcony and watching the sunsets.

"Great location and house"

House when clean upon arrival. Great bedrooms and bathrooms with enough for our family if 4 quits. Loved the deck. Close to water. Busy slip was a nice feature although it was on the other side of maybe. Would stay here again.

We had a wonderful stay at Sunset Bay Villa #118! The accommodations were beautiful, with lots of space and amazing waterfront views. I would not hesitate to rent this villa again.

First rental we have stayed at in quite some time that actually had comfortable beds. The seating area in living room could us updates and there are no potholders or anything to sit hot pans, provided in the kitchen, other than that the kitchen was nicely supplied with pots, pans and utensils. The house was clean and beautiful views

Enjoyed it very much. Location was excellent. We saw dolphin swimming with a few yards from the patio several times a day. Everything worked beautifully and supplies were excellent. All of us, kids included, loved the artwork painted on the wall and ceiling. We have stayed at other units in the building but this is now our favorite and plan to return next year. The water views are fantastic, sometimes you look out and feel you are floating on the water.

The views from this unit are spectacular and it's a well appointed home with a well equipped kitchen. The twin room has no windows but that was not a problem for us. I would stay again anytime.

We’ve used this rental in the past, and have always been very satisfied. It is well maintained (new, good quality large appliances this year) and tastefully furnished and decorated with nice furniture, good dishes, cookware, etc. The location couldn’t be better; it’s right on the water with great views of the sunsets and within walking distance to town with its shops and restaurants.

This is an amazing property. Pool in photo is much smaller than it appears and can be overrun with children if you don't have a group of your own but have and will stay over and over. Try cowboy cruises to see the ponies. Great experience.

Situated on the edge of the bay, this villa offers a private balcony with walk-out access to the marina and a reserved 40' foot deep-water boat slip. Villa 118 at Sunset Bay boasts an en suite bedroom with king bed, private bath featuring a stand up shower AND a bathtub - along with private outdoor patio access from the bedroom. Two other bedrooms feature a king in one, and a twin in the other. Fully equipped kitchen and dining area with coffee maker, refrigerator/freezer, dishwasher, electric range, and plenty of countertop for that family seafood feast you will want to make while you're with us. Have a few friends sit at the bar while you mix up a few cocktails, then enjoy "people-watching" on the Chincoteague Channel as the evening picks up. Once the sun goes down you can retire to the cozy living area in the heart of the villa. Maybe a movie on the flat screen? Or perhaps a game of chess? No matter what you decide on, you and your guest will most certainly enjoy your stay at Sunset Bay Villa 118. Please Note: This unit includes a deep-water boat slip and use of the marina.
