"Fabulous Island Getaway"

Upon our arrival at A Teague of Our Own, we found lovely welcome bags waiting for us from both the owners and Coastal Shore Vacations,and that was only the beginning of a perfect week. The house was comfortable,clean,well stocked,and centrally located.Everything has been taken care of so guests can relax and enjoy all that Chincoteague has to offer.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Great house and excellent location. The number of rooms and bathrooms was perfect for our family. Just a heads up for anyone like myself with knee problems - the stairs to the second floor are very steep and all bedrooms are on the 2nd floor. My knees survived, but were definitely hurting by the end of the week!

This house is great for families looking for a dog friendly home base. Everything you need and a great outdoor shower. You can bike/walk into town and the grocery store easily and the bike path is close by as well. Easy access to everything.

We went to Chincoteague for Memorial Day weekend and booked this place based purely on the photos - it just looked so cute. The photos did NOT lie! The home was spotless and perfect for our needs. Our group included 5 adults and 1 medium dog. We would totally stay there again. We couldn’t get enough of the sunroom and the deck. It rained 2 out of the 3 days we were there but there are so many board games in the home we never felt bored. Speaking of rain, it totally ruined our plans for the first day but luckily we were able to check in a few mins early. We were very grateful to be out of the cold rain. We were pleasantly surprised when we walked in and saw a cute little welcome bag with snacks and wine.

We stayed for Presidents Day weekend, and spent a lot of time at the house since the weather was gross and cold for most of the weekend. The house does not have central heat, but there were heaters in each room, except the kitchen (not really needed there if you are cooking) and the living room. The electric fireplace in the living room (when put on high) was great for keeping us warm! The rental company was great and also provided us a space heater. The house is really cute, the beds are comfy, the kitchen is fully stocked, and cable/internet is included. I would stay here again!

Welcome to A 'Teague of Our Own! This in-town home is an easy walk or bike to downtown or Maddox Blvd. Nicely decorated in 'beachy-chic' decor! The living room has abundant seating, complete with a flat screen TV and electric fireplace for those off-season stays. The kitchen is stocked to a chef's standards - there's nothing you won't find including a gas stove, sharp knifes and an herb garden. You will also find a queen sized sleeper sofa in the living room. The three bedrooms are upstairs, and the full bathroom (tub and shower) is downstairs. The enclosed porch with sliding windows allow for room to spread out in any weather. Large carport to keep a vehicle and all your gear under cover. A huge yard for cookouts, games and showering in the outdoor Tiki-shower. This fabulous vacation home truly has it all and has become one of our most popular rental homes. Don't delay; book today!

- No smoking is permitted on the premises. 
- Linens and towels are included with your reservation.
- This property is pet friendly with a pet fee per pet. Pet fee is $150 per pet. All pets must be disclosed prior to arrival. Pet restriction: limited to one small dog only.
