This spacious, nearly 2,000 sq ft. home offers a family of up to 8 an open floor plan with plenty of space to enjoy. The home has 3 decks - 2 facing the Chincoteague Bay, and a large rear screened porch to enjoy the evenings and the aroma from dinner cooking on the charcoal grill. Features include a great kitchen (with all appliances) adjoining the dining room, a bright and open living room with a fireplace and game/puzzle area, cable TV, wireless internet, and a master bath with jetted tub. The downtown shops, Memorial Park, Pony Swim area, beach, and the sights and sounds of Main St. and Maddox Blvd. are a short ride away, but far enough to get away from the hustle and bustle. Have a larger group? Combine Almost Bayside with any of our other close-by homes - Sunset Dreams or Logan's Sunset.

Note: Almost Bayside does not include water access or access to the dock. Linens and/or towels are optional and can be provided upon your arrival - please inquire about our linen packages. This property is NO SMOKING & PET FRIENDLY (with fee; 2 dog limit).

The house was very nice. Clean and well prepared for guests. Had a minor problem when the light in the refrigerator went out. The management company had a maintenance person out there with in 2 hrs, even though I had expressed that it wasn't an emergency. The property was very suitable for pets and I was able to walk my dogs easily around it. The neighborhood is quiet and peaceful. I would stay there again next year if it is available.

My family & I stay at this home every year for the past seven years. While we wish it had spa or game room this home is everything else we could ask for. It is perfectly comfortable & familiar to us. We love it. The neighbor bubba has become a dear friend. Perfect location for sunsets & view. Close enough to beach, parks & shopping. A great house overall.

Bayside II had everything you could ask for in a vacation home. Lots of amenities and the small things that make a house a home. Lots of room and open space with the living and dining rooms connected with each other and the kitchen. It allowed everyone lots of space but in touch with everybody. It was easily the cleanest, best equipped house we ever rented and Pet freindly too.Quiet location at the southern end of the island but close to all the attractions. We were able to witness the best sunsets on the eastern shore after a 2 minute walk to the edge of Chincoteague Bay.We'll be back!!!
