This immaculate home features a bright, open floor plan - a large kitchen equipped with modern stainless steel appliances, spacious living and dining areas with tasteful furnishings and a gas fireplace (for those off-season stays), and beautiful bamboo wood flooring throughout. Boasting a great deal of sleeping space, Carriage House has a 1st floor master bedroom suite and 3 upstairs bedrooms. French doors lead you from the kitchen onto the back deck complete with a propane grill, and adjoined by a large screened in porch with comfortable outdoor furniture - ideal for dining and entertaining! The sweeping open front porch, fitted with ceiling fans and plenty of seating, is just right for sipping a cool drink after a fun-filled day at the beach!

Please Note: Fireplace is only available to use September through December. Linens and/or towels are optional and can be provided upon your arrival - please inquire about our linen packages. This property is NO SMOKING & PET FRIENDLY (with fee).

The Carriage House is beautiful! Well furnished and a great kitchen. We really enjoyed staying here. The community is quiet and secluded yet convenient to Maddox and Main St for shopping, restaurants and activities. Very good customer service from the office! We had a wonderful week!

Carriage House was excellent. Spacious and clean. We had great weather and stayed for a long weekend. Spent the day crabbing. Wish we knew about the two nets by the laundry before we bought one at Capt. Steve's Bait and Tackle. The were awesome by the way. Really close to the house. We crabbed by the bridge that heads to the refuge and parked at the McDonald's. We didn't get a chance to use the bikes under the patio, but were pleasantly surprised when we found the helmets. We cooked every meal and had everything we needed to cook for 6 adults and 3 children 4-7. Dishwasher was life saver.

Have stayed in this home for past several years; just love it. Perfect for our family.Love to come in September and still have good weather, less crowds and beautiful home to relax in. Will come every year for as long as I am able.
