Sunny and fresh inside and out, 'Saltwater Pony' is a contemporary, newly constructed home perfectly appointed for an unforgettable beach vacation - one where all you have to do once you arrive is drop your bags and find your bathing suit! This home has 3 spacious bedrooms, each with large closets and en suite bathrooms. With an additional 1/2 bath located near the kitchen and the front door, convenience is just steps away throughout the home. The kitchen has a generous center island with plenty of seating, along with the dining room and living room also included in the open floor plan. Guests can watch TV, enjoy the ambient glow of the wall mounted fireplace, share meals, and cook in this one space. The home has a warm and stately presence, where enjoying the outdoors is part of the experience. With a large gas grill, fire pit, outdoor dining area and a front porch made for the story books, everyone in your party can spread out or congregate together. Located off Ridge Road, directly in the center of Chincoteague Island, the back roads leading to the Assateague beach or Main Street shopping just add to the ease convenience of this home away from home! And, to add to the charm and excitement, you can watch the Chincoteague Ponies parade right in front of the house during Pony Penning week! Brand new, brand new, BRAND NEW! That applies to everything at this fabulous rental home that just hit the vacation rental market! Adorned with high end finishes, appliances and fixtures, there was no detail left untouched in this beautiful 2-story home. Amenities include a screened porch, fire pit, smart TVs in each bedroom, a Foosball table, DVD player w/ DVD collection, WIFI, fireplace in the living room (electric), standard & Keurig coffee maker. There is a downstairs master bedroom with a king bed, upstairs master with a king size bed as well as an oversized chair that converts into a twin sleeper. The upstairs king bedroom also boasts views of the lighthouse as well as snippet water views of the Assateague Channel. The laundry room is conveniently located upstairs, along with another bedroom that will have bean bag chairs for the kids, a twin over full bunk and a pull out twin trundle. This room will also feature a Foosball table for the little ones' enjoyment. Each bedroom features a private en suite bathroom. From this home, you are also in the perfect location for watching the ponies during pony swim week! PLEASE NOTE: Please inquire about our available linen and towel rental packages. This rental home is NO SMOKING. NO PETS are permitted during Prime, In and Mid seasons. Pets are permitted during off season stays (small dogs only with fee).

We enjoyed our visit. The house was apparently newly refurbished and had everything anyone could possibly want to use in it’s kitchen. Our only downside with the house was the number of stairs to the second floor. We are in mostly good health but one was 96 years old and the other was 82 years old. Both with walkers. So the stairs were a downer. But we did what we planned to do and enjoyed our week. Thank you so much. Not recommended because of the stairs only
