This home features tons of new upgrades for the 2024 season! The Virginian features new paint, bedding, updated furnishings, artwork, new mattresses, curtains and 3 new smart tv's!  Downstairs you'll find a large living/dining room combo and a nice modern kitchen. Off the kitchen is a private den area with a new twin sleeper- a perfect spot to catch up on your reading! There's a half bath on the first floor. All bedrooms are on the second level. There's a owner suite, with a king bed as well as another full bath on the second level. You will also find another bedroom, featuring a new king bed, as well as the 3rd bedroom featuring a queen sized bed. The 4 bedroom is the bonus room- this room is complete with a new full bed and 4 twin beds. The Virginian features central heat and air, laundry facilities, garage, propane grill, outdoor shower, and more! Located on a bulkheaded lot on a canal that comes up from Oyster Bay, you can throw your crab pot in right outside the back door.

We loved this house for our family of 8. Very spacious and comfortable. There were plenty of kitchen supplies, plates, flatware, pots and pans and glasses. The air conditioning worked great. The neighborhood was quiet and well maintained. The second fridge in the garage was a gift. Our only negative, it really wasn't a waterfront property. The approx 10 feet of narrow canal that was too shallow for crab traps and no crab.

Very roomy house with a too small kitchen in my opinion, but that may only be a problem for me because we love to cook as a 'team' and found that was not possible in the space allotted for food prep. There was really no pantry space to store food, which we found a bit odd. I think the upstairs central bathroom is nice (and bigger than the kitchen). The beds were comfortable though and the outside shower is a plus for coming off the beach. Alas, there was no real access to drop our kayaks into the canal for a paddle out to Oyster Bay. Although the house description says Waterfront, the access to the canal is limited to dropping a crab trap. It's a great place if you have a large family and you don't plan to cook much lol.

had a great mens surf trip . the upgrades to the virginan house were wonderful . it was a great house now its even better.would reconmend to anyone looking for plenty of room to spread out and relax .
