The master bedroom suite (K) features two a spa bath with jetted tub, a private waterside deck area and beautiful water views. To capture the best views, you'll find 3 bedrooms (K,Q,2T) and a private reading room with writing desk on the first floor. The second floor features a spacious and lovely great room with water views in all directions. To aptly describe it, there's room for everyone. There's a chef's kitchen with center island, a large dining area, a large living room area with multiple sofas, tv, fireplace and deck access. There's a game area with Foosball table and a small waterside sun room area off the dining room. There's a wonderful separate lounging room, complete with wet bar, that creates a luxurious space for private affairs. In addition, there is a master bedroom suite on the second level with tv and private bath (with shower). The home is situated on a waterfront lot overlooking Oyster Bay. You'll enjoy breathtaking sunrises/moonrises. You can dip your fishing pole in the water or throw the crab trap over and catch your dinner. Downstairs you have a full bath, and bedroom with queen sized bed as well as a twin sleeper in the enclosed porch. Upstairs you will find two additional living spaces with a queen and two twin beds. Outside you will find a large deck with a sunshade, perfect for enjoying an evening meal, or afternoon snack. There is a charcoal grill on the patio area, great for grilling a fresh catch- There is also an outdoor shower to rinse off after a long day at the beach.

Breathtaking views call your attention at this gorgeous waterfront home! 'Egret's Cove' is located next door to our ever popular sister vacation home, 'Heron's Cove'. Egret's Cove is rich with amenities, leaving nothing to be desired for an enjoyable vacation stay. With the amazing views, blissful sunrises, bay breezes, pet-friendly, you'll be in awe that this bay front home has to offer! This home was built directly on Little Oyster Bay in 2004, and has a large screened porch with a hot tub. Boasting beautiful water views from almost every room, the interior features tasteful decor, lots of natural light and a vaulted ceiling in the living room that lends to the "openness." One bedroom with a king is located on the first floor (with a Jack and Jill bath). The kitchen also features everything you will need to cook for the family while vacationing, and there is a wet bar adjacent to the dining area. In the large open living room you will also find a full size sleeper sofa. Moving upstairs, you'll again be "wowed" by the views! In the loft, you will find a queen sleeper sofa as well as a game table, twin sleep sofa and plenty of room to relax. One bedroom features a king size bed, with a private balcony. Across the hall you will find another bedroom with a queen size bed, lots of natural light and a dedicated workspace. There is a large deck that has a spiral staircase to make your way down to the screened porch.. You will also find two full bathrooms in this space. Each bedroom also features a smart TV for your enjoyment! Outside, experience a private oasis?enjoy a relaxing soak in the hot tub overlooking the Bay while finding peace in the natural elements surrounding the space. Relax on the front deck or by the fire pit - all of which is enclosed by a fence so your furry friends can roam without worries. There is also a shared dock with the home next door, perfect for kayaking or crabbing.
