Located on the banks of Holden's Creek, a headwater of the Chesapeake Bay and a 20-minute drive to the pristine white sand Atlantic beach on Assateague Island, Creek House Guest Cottages are private, convenient, and offer bespoke modern amenities. Explore life off the beaten path and take a true vacation. Whether you are kayaking or paddle boarding on the creek, sitting by the fire pit, biking down country roads or going to the beach, you will find plenty to do or enjoy doing nothing at all. The views of the creek are magical at any time of the day or night from inside your cottage or from any vantage point on the 3-acre property. The Cottages have been designed and decorated by a professional interior designer.

'Porter's Barn' has partnered with our friends at Sun Outdoors Resort (located less than 2 miles from the house) so that all guests may enjoy the fun resort amenities FREE OF CHARGE. This extra bonus includes a private beach w/ water rentals, pool, playground, "snak shak", comfort stations & more! 

Shared amenities include: a gas grill, 20 ft. radius fire pit, 2 kayaks, a SUP, and 2 bicycles. There is a boat launch on the property and two docks (one floating). Linens and towels are provided.

In addition to Porter's Barn, the compound is also home to two other luxurious dwellings: Hosta Cottage and Creek House. All combined, The Creek Compound will accommodate 18 with no parking problems. Please note that this listing is for Porter's Barn only; the other two homes - Creek House and Hosta Cottage - must be booked separately. Welcome to Piney Island Paradise! This well-furnished townhouse is nestled in a secluded cul-de-sac along East Side Drive and offers some of the best views of Assateague Island and the historic lighthouse located across the channel. The channel on Eastside offers some of the calmest water for kayaking, plentiful crabbing, and great fishing. Enjoy the most beautiful sunrise views from this vacation home along with quiet solitude! This home also offers 2 kayaks for your enjoyment! 

Upon entering this home, you will find a half bath, first floor bedroom with a queen-sized bed, a well-stocked kitchen, living room, and large waterfront deck with plenty of seating to relax, enjoy the wildlife, and watch the ponies grazing on Assateague Island. On the 2nd floor you will find two more bedrooms as well as the laundry area. The main suite features a king-sized bed with a full bathroom and waterfront deck to enjoy the peaceful sounds of nature and beautiful sunrise views. You will also find a 3rd bedroom that easily accommodates 5 more guests. This room features a twin over twin bunk, a twin over full bunk, and a full bathroom with walk in shower. This home also includes a nice assortment of beach chairs and a small attached garage where you can store your bicycles and kayaks. Located just south of downtown, Stella della Baia is conveniently located to the Fireman's Carnival, movie theater, downtown restaurants & shopping, and more. Located in the heart of downtown Chincoteague Island, this grand home has been lovingly maintained and is conveniently situated within walking distance to the waterfront park, boutique shops, restaurants, movie theater and coffee shops! Casa del Mar is one of our newest vacation rental offerings, and we know you'll love it! The spacious, open floor plan features a family room and kitchen, as well as a formal living room and plenty of outdoor space. There's a master bedroom en suite, and the bathroom features a tiled shower and jacuzzi tub. Outside you'll find the perfect backyard, complete with a grill, outside shower. Perfect for relaxing in the evenings after a long day at the beach! And you can even bring the 4-legged family members as well! Don't delay; this one will book quickly! Come stay at this Chincoteague Island Charmer, better known as Lottie's Lookout! This large spacious home features 3 levels, with 3 large bedrooms, and 3 bathrooms. The first level features a front porch, pull out sofa, large dining table for family meals, and a full bathroom. Upstairs you will find 3 twins, (one bunk) and another bedroom down the hall with a queen sized bed. There is a full bathroom on this level as well. On the third floor, you have a full sized bed and bathroom with a tub (no shower). Enjoy the outdoors in the large yard, or grill up some good food from one of the many local markets. Lottie's Lookout is in a perfect location, close to the downtown area!
