Downstairs you will find two bedrooms, one with a queen sized bed and deck, as well as a bedroom that has a full sized bed and a twin bunk bed. Upstairs is an additional bedroom with a queen bed and full bath, along with a sitting area looking over the downstairs living space. Don't feel like sitting inside? Go out to the large screened in porch and enjoy the sounds of nature, or sit downstairs under the home one afternoon and enjoy some fresh catch on the picnic table while enjoying a beverage at the tiki bar. Got a boat? No problem! Off duty has a boat lift and ladder at the dock! Welcome to ‘Saltwater', formerly known as 'Logan's Sunset.' A lovely 2 story waterfront townhouse on Chincoteague Bay with gorgeous views from both floors. Experience beautiful sunsets and NASA rocket launches from the front balcony. The screened back porch offers a great source of private outdoor entertainment as it boasts a comfortable six-person dining area. All three bedrooms have their own flat screen tv with cable. The main bedroom includes a desk perfect for working from home, virtual learning and streaming. Saltwater includes high-speed internet and free Wi-Fi. The main bedroom has it's own ensuite full bath with jetted tub/shower. The additional bedroom has a private full tub/shower. The 3rd bedroom has a bunk with two full size beds with an additional twin bed.  Guests can also enjoy the coastal outdoor shower. The private expansive 600 foot shared deep water dock provides hours of endless Saltwater fun!

Casa del Mar - "House by the Sea" - is your home away from home... at the beach! Located in the heart of downtown Chincoteague Island, this grand home has been lovingly maintained and is conveniently situated within walking distance to the waterfront park, boutique shops, restaurants, movie theater and coffee shops! Casa del Mar is one of our newest vacation rental offerings, and we know you'll love it! The spacious, open floor plan features a family room and kitchen, as well as a formal living room and plenty of outdoor space. There's a master bedroom en suite, and the bathroom features a tiled shower and jacuzzi tub. Outside you'll find the perfect backyard, complete with a grill, outside shower. Perfect for relaxing in the evenings after a long day at the beach! And you can even bring the 4-legged family members as well! Don't delay; this one will book quickly! Floor Plan: Downstairs features the living room, family room, kitchen w/ dining area, dining room, master bedroom (King bed & Futon) and full bathroom (shower only). Upstairs features 4 bedrooms - one with a King, one with 2 Queens, one with a Queen, and another with a Queen. The King bedroom and 2 of the Queen bedrooms have attached bathrooms (tub & shower). There is a 3rd upstairs bathroom w/ tub & shower off of the hallway.
