Playing cards may be picked up at any participating business. Visit each participating merchant for a chocolate delight and playing card validation. Cross the finish line at the Waterside Inn for final verification and door prize registration. Prize drawing Feb. 17 at the Island Theatre. PLUS A 50/50 RAFFLE (you MUST be present to win)! Must be 18 to enter door prize drawing.
