Description

La Dolce Vita is now SUNKISSED SHORES! Enjoy breathtaking waterfront views and spectacular sunsets from every room in this comfortable luxury waterfront home on Chincoteague Bay! Each of the 4 bedrooms features a private full bath. There are bedrooms on both levels with the master bedroom on the first floor. The MBR suite has a private bath with jacuzzi tub and private waterside balcony. There's also a smaller bedroom with two twins on the first level. The two bedrooms upstairs are private wings off the game room. The game room has two separate gaming tables that young and old alike will enjoy. Checkers with the grandkids! There is bathroom access on this level for guests that use the sleeper sofa in the game room. The kitchen opens to the dining & living room areas which are flanked by floor to ceiling windows & cathedral ceiling. If you're visiting off season, there's a fireplace in the living room for your enjoyment. Off the living room you'll find a large all-weather waterside gazebo that opens out the the decks. It's a perfect spot for your gatherings. Sunkissed Shores is a beautiful home with a well-thought-out floor plan that you'll truly enjoy. And the waterfront area has new bulkheading - you can easily crab, fish and launch kayaks from this area.

Beautiful home. Very well equipped with everything you will need or want. The view is amazing and the sunsets were specular. The bay is very shallow and the kids loved playing in the water. We rented paddle boards and it was so much fun. You can't go wrong with this home!

This home is very spacious and the views are stunning. Each bedroom has a television and bathroom which was a nice treat for our teens. There is no TV in the common area but lots of games, books and puzzles are provided. The kitchen is well stocked. There is a canoe but it was too chilly for us to take advantage of. We really enjoyed our time to unwind, slow down and this house was a great choice for our large family!

La Dolce Vita is a lovely house and accommodated all 7 of us quite comfortably. The weather was colder than we expected, but sitting outside on the deck and looking at the water was so nice, as was enjoying the sunset every evening.

We stayed at La Dolce Vita for 2016 Pony penning week and it was incredible! The house is one of the most gorgeous houses on the island, by far! There is ample space for the 10 person limit and is perfect for families with the upstairs common area that allowed the kids to relax and watch TV on the couch when the sun got too hot. The back deck is a dream come true with incredible sunset viewing and masterfully crafted lounge furniture. Every morning we would congregate on the back deck with our coffee, listening to the waves and watching the kids in the water. Every evening we'd be back there with a glass of wine to watch the sun set. The screened in porch worked out great for a large dinner one night when we had friends over. I can't wait to go back to the magical island of Chincoteague and stay at La Dolce Vita! I would highly recommend this house to everyone!

If youre looking for a laid back vacation with room enough for family & friends then this is the place. The sunset views are truly breathtaking. The fishing/crabbing is some of the best on the island. I have seen my children grow up here as weve come every summer for many years. Theyve learned the secret to clamming/life is digging your heals in. This place holds a special place in my heart, as you begin planning your vacation I hope it will do the same for you.
