"We had been visiting Chincoteague for almost 30 years for short stays of less than a week. We always wanted to stay longer. Finally after retiring we made plans for a two week stay on the island. They pointed us to a property we have now been renting for at least 2 weeks each summer for the last 8 seasons. Other family members have joined us for portions of our visits. They have become true fans of Chincoteague and all it has to offer.
