Description

We are beyond excited to be able to offer you "Coral Cove" for your next Chincoteague Island vacation - we just KNOW you will love it! Formerly known as "The Fig Tree", Coral Cove has just undergone a complete renovation and has a true "WOW!" factor. On the main living level you'll find a bright, open living room with huge sliding doors that offer a view of Little Oyster Bay, an open dining area, the chef's quality kitchen with all new appliances, the master bedroom suite with bathroom, and the back door leading to the oversized screened porch. Enjoy coffee or cold drink after a day at the beach while you sit on the screened porch and look out over the canal. Bring your kayak or canoe and launch right from the backyard -- there's a floating dock and upgraded kitchen! Want to try your hand at crabbing? You can do that here as well! The lower (ground) level of the home features an outdoor covered parking area, an outside shower, and an indoor sitting area complete with a mini-fridge. The upstairs of this home features 2 more bedrooms (one with a queen bed and the other with 2 bunks and a trundle - 5 twins total) and a full bathroom. Cook your dinner on the propane or charcoal grill (there's both) and dine al fresca on the huge front deck or back screened porch. Located in one of Chincoteague Island's most popular communities, Oyster Bay I, Coral Cove guests can also have access to the shared community boat ramp. Come for a delightful stay at Coral Cove - you won't want to leave! Floor Plan: Lower (ground) level features a sitting area with mini-fridge and covered outdoor patio area. The main level of the home features the open living, kitchen and dining room areas, as well as the master bedroom (King bed) with attached bathroom (shower and tub). The second level of the home features 2 more bedrooms (one with a Queen bed and the other with 2 sets of Twin bunk beds), and a "Jack-n-Jill" style bathroom that is accessible from either bedroom. This bathroom has a tub and shower. 

- No smoking is permitted on the premises. 
- Linens and towels are not included with your reservation. Please inquire about our new attractive linen packages!
- No pets are permitted on the premises.
- Any reservations made for a future year (known as "Advanced Reservations") are subject to rate and availability changes. These reservations will be confirmed in January of the arrival year.

This was our second time at Coral Cove, and it's by far our favorite rental property on the island of Chincoteague. The owners have thought of absolutely everything and the house is immaculate and beautiful! We Loe to kayak and paddle board, so being right on the canal makes that super easy. The location is peaceful will a lovely little view of the Channel. We really love our time here and look forward to coming back again in the future.

Coral Cove is a spacious, well stocked, well maintained home in a peaceful neighborhood. Our kids enjoyed fishing and crabbing from the dock. All the attractions of Chincoteague are a very short drive away. We would not hesitate to book again.

We absolutely enjoyed our stay at Coral Cove. We have been coming to the island for the past 5 years and this by far is the best house we have stayed at. Everything was clean and neat. Thanks for an awesome week! We will be back in the future.
