Welcome to 'Counting Corks' (formerly known as 'Smith Beach Pines'), the moment you step foot in this beautiful waterfront cottage you feel at home. The pet friendly cottage is 1,150 sq ft, featuring 3 bedrooms and 2 full baths. The primary bedroom has a king size bed and TV. On the other end of the home the second bedroom features a queen bed and a TV. The third bedroom features a twin over a full bunk bed. The cottage also has a bar room leading into the deck area, with plenty of seating to entertain. The dock leads to the creek and is just waiting for you to go crabbing, fishing, or kayaking or simply enjoy the beautiful sunrise while drinking a cup of coffee. The property is a short distance to the community beach and to the community boat ramp. Also features an outdoor shower and a firepit area with plenty of seating. The cottage is located just a few short miles from the Historic Town of Cape Charles and about 25 minutes from Kiptopeke State Park.

Stella del Mare - or "Star of the Sea" in Italian - is about as charming as it gets. Located on South Main Street, this beautiful newly-remodeled home has everything you could want in a coastal cottage. Enjoy coffee on the front porch while watching the island come to life in the morning, or sip on a cocktail while waiting for the sun to set. The ground floor features an open floor plan with fully equipped kitchen - gas range, refrigerator/freezer, dishwasher, coffee maker. A beautiful breakfast bar area, as well as dining area. And a beautifully decorated living area with tv. The master bedroom is located on the ground floor featuring a king bed and full bath attached. Another full bath is located on the ground floor as well. On the second floor you'll find two additional bedrooms - one with two full beds, and the other with twin bunks, as well as a comfortable futon. Perfect spot for the kiddos! A comfortable living area in the middle to put a movie on for the kids. There is also a full bath located upstairs as well. Walk downtown for some shopping, then come back to the house and order a cheesesteak from the best sub shop in town - located just across the street. Or, maybe you'll catch a whiff of the oyster fritters frying down at the carnival grounds and walk down to sample one. Go ahead, you're on island time! Newly added patio on the back with lovely seating area to enjoy your meals al fresco, or just to sit and chat and enjoy the sunshine. You're sure to find plenty to put a smile on your face at Stella del Mare - the star of the sea. Floor plan: Downstairs (main level) features an open living/dining room and kitchen with breakfast bar. The master bedroom with connected bathroom (tub and shower) is also downstairs. You will enjoy spectacular sunsets from this lovely waterfront home overlooking the Chincoteague Bay. There is a waterfront screened gazebo that leads to a dock great for crabbing/fishing. Inside is a large open floor plan with a brand new kitchen, living room with wood burning fireplace and dining area. Walk through the French doors off the living room to a large screened porch and sky deck overlooking the Chincoteague Bay. We're pleased to bring you "The Haven" located on the edge of the Assateague Channel! Enjoy spectacular views of the Channel and Lighthouse right from your own private living space! Downstairs features a kitchen, dining area, living room and half bathroom. The second level features 2 bedrooms - one is a master suite with King bed and private bathroom, and the other features a Queen bed. There is also a 2nd full bathroom on this level. The third level features a bedroom (Queen and 2 Twin beds) and a full bathroom. There are multiple decks and there's also 21' of dock space where you can fish, crab, kayak or tie up a small boat.
