Speaking of the master bedroom suite - this will be your favorite spot in the house! With large sliding doors on 3 sides and a fabulous, cozy sitting area overlooking the marshes and bay, it's perfect for unwinding after a day at the beach, or quietly starting your day. Conveniently located to Maddox Boulevard (Beach Road) and downtown Chincoteague Island means you're only a few minutes from restaurants, shopping, movies, the beach and more! The kitchen and bathroom have been newly remodeled and the bedrooms are large and spacious. There's room for everyone, even your pet(s)! Not to mention the fenced in yard... Fido will love it! The Beach Bungalow was awesome. Everything the ad said and more. The house is bigger than it appears in the photos. It was extremely clean and well-maintained. It is located very close to everything and we actually rode our bikes to most activities. I would recommend this property to anyone.

Nice house, walking distance to Maddox Blvd. Lovely porch with marsh and water views. Fabulous variety of appliances and kitchen ware! Beach chairs anda mat were also provides, very convenient. Def will be back!

The house is lovely and very comfortable. In addition to a living room, dining area, and kitchen there are two bedrooms in the back and one room that is like a den and looks to be a converted garage. It has a bathroom with shower and a double (full size) and single futon. The master bedroom has a half bath, a queen bed and a sitting area with a fantastic view. The second bedroom has both a queen and a full-size bed. There is a full bathroom with shower accessible via the main hallway. Also, in that bathroom is a full-sized washer and dryer. The kitchen is small but has plenty of pots and pans. I didn’t notice any bakeware other than cookie sheets. The deck out back is wonderful and there is a Webber charcoal grill. There is a very small fenced in area for dogs to relieve themselves, but I would not consider that a play area. However, there is a great dog park nearby that has fenced in areas for both large and small dogs. The location is convenient, and the property management company is very responsive. We brought our own sheets and towels, but they are available to rent. Overall, we had a lovely time and would consider coming back. I'll add that the only reason I rated the cleanliness as 4 stars is that the floor wasn't as clean as it appeared. Everything else was spotless.

We enjoyed the beautifully decorated home, the deck and the especially the view over the bay.. it was exactly what we needed a quiet relaxing getaway with our pups.. they also loved hanging in the deck watching the birds and playing in the yard ! Tucked away in a cute neighborhood within walking distance to everything! We will definitely be back!
