Truly the "Belle of the Bay", this beautiful custom waterfront home is tucked away at the very tip of one of Chincoteague's most popular residential communities - Oyster Bay I. This means you'll enjoy unobstructed 360 degree water and marshland views from nearly every space in the home. The decor and local art collection alone will "wow" you! Watch the sun rise as you sip your morning coffee from the balcony or screened porch. Enjoy the quiet and privacy as you watch the wildlife that surrounds this fabulous property. The main house features 3 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms, and an additional loft sleeping area (twin trundle bed). The detached garage features another living area/bedroom (2 Twin beds) that is available for guest use (lower level garage is not accessible by guests).

NOTE: Living room fireplace is not functional. Linens and towels are available as an additional option - please inquire. This rental home is NO SMOKING and NO PETS.

My family had a wonderful time at Belle of the Bay. The house layout was spacious and allowed our multi-generational group to comfortably to spread out. Beautiful, quiet location with amazing views of the Bay and marsh. Would highly recommend!

This home was everything we could have asked for and more. Beautifully situated on the end of a quiet street. Beautiful views from all the of the many decks on the house. So much thought went into the design of this home. It was the perfect place for our family to spend a week. We came down with my dad, my family and my sister and her kids and it was nice to be able to be together and remember my mom who just passed in January and loved Chincoteague.

We love this spacious house and would rent again. Great sunrises on one side, sunsets on the other. Extremely quiet and private. Good WiFi. Kitchen well-equipped for serious cooking. Plenty of room for parking. Dock suitable for fishing, crabbing, kayaking, and sunbathing. (We didn't fish or crab, so we can't promise you would catch anything.)

The location of the house cannot be beat. Peace and quiet and nature abound at the Belle of the Bay. We had three generations with us for this vacation and everyone found something to love about the house. It is well-kept and beautifully decorated.
