We have stayed in many waterfront vacation rentals on the island and have found this to be our favorite. Great water access for boats and a very short drive to the Assateague Island Seashore.

We have stayed at Channel Watch many times over the past 20 years. The location is excellent to the beach and bike trails. Channel Watch has everything you need for an enjoyable vacation. Since we do not patronize local restaurants, we find everything for our cooking experience.

"feels like home"

We have been staying here for many years. Different family members and differnet times of the year. It seems like home for that reason. We always have a wonderful time and the house is very comfortable and clean. The new suite on the 1st floor is a great addition. The dock is a great place to sit and relax or star gaze! Only problem with the property? Needs some foliage trimming! Hard to view the water from the house! Trim so of that foliage!!
