Description

We're pleased to bring you "The Haven" located on the edge of the Assateague Channel! Enjoy spectacular views of the Channel and Lighthouse right from your own private living space! Downstairs features a kitchen, dining area, living room and half bathroom. The second level features 2 bedrooms - one is a master suite with King bed and private bathroom, and the other features a Queen bed. There is also a 2nd full bathroom on this level. The third level features a bedroom (Queen and 2 Twin beds) and a full bathroom. There are multiple decks and there's also 21' of dock space where you can fish, crab, kayak or tie up a small boat. Take a look and book today; this one won't last long!

- Linens and towels are not included with your reservation. Please inquire about our new attractive linen packages!

This was our second stay at The Haven. This condo is clean, roomy, and very comfortable with excellent views of the channel and Assateague. We enjoy the east side of the island because it is more relaxing and quiet. The property management personnel are excellent to deal with.

We love the off season quiet and this townhome, and another we stayed in last year in the same group, is a perfect place to watch the season transition to spring. Easy drive to the refuge for excellent hiking in the woodlands and around the marsh, though was too windy for much beach time this year.

This was the second time we stayed at The Haven, and it was fantastic. (the 2nd time was purely by chance, but we were thrilled with it).The location, the views, the house itself - all are top-notch. The house is super clean, comfortable and has everything you need for a great vacay! It is better furnished than other houses in the same row. Rental was clean. Beautiful view and location! Dock was great although had some rough nails and boards in need of repair. Bathrooms were very small. One shower most of our family couldnt use due to size. Air conditioner made 2nd level freeze out and first level stayed very warm.

The rental was very clean and well-kept, though a piece of the back door was broken. I mentioned it when we called about another issue, but it wasn't looked at, though the initial issue was taken care of immediately. Also, if the rental company is not going to supply Kleenex, hand soap, or all but one roll of TP for each bathroom when the stay is for a week for a family - you may want to put that on the list of things to bring. We would not have minded!
