Just One Oar! This clean and comfortable vacation retreat will have you wishing for just one "m-OAR" day! The bright, open floor plan features great living space including a great room, 3 bedrooms (with a master bedroom en suite) and 2 full bathrooms. If you enjoy the outdoors, you'll LOVE sipping your morning coffee on the quiet screened porch. There's plenty of room for a backyard barbecue and dining al fresco. Let the kids run around in the fenced backyard! "Just One Oar" allows access to all the Captain's Cove community amenities such as pools (2 outdoor, 1 indoor), restaurant & bar, marina/dock, fitness, library, playground and more! Free internet access is available at the Marina Club.

- No smoking is permitted on the premises. 
- Linens and towels are not included with your reservation. Please inquire about our new attractive linen packages!
- This property is pet friendly with a pet fee per pet. All pets must be disclosed prior to arrival. 
- Any reservations made for a future year (known as "Advanced Reservations") are subject to rate and availability changes. These reservations will be confirmed in January of the arrival year.
- Community amenities require passes for an additional fee.
- Additional community requirements: Each occupant must disclose their name. Vehicles must be registered; make and model of each vehicle is required. Incomplete or incorrect information will result in revocation of the use of community amenities and facilities. No Sunday check-ins or check-outs are permitted.

The house was great and was a great getaway for us. We really enjoyed the basketball game in the garage. The Kids loved walking around the neighborhood in the evening looking for deer. We would definitely stay here again.

The house has everything you need, perfect for small families and dog friendly. We took our bikes and the neighborhood and bay are really nice. It is 30 min from Chincoteague beach and 15 min away from the closest grocery store so make sure you get everything in one trip as this is not convenient. Wifi service is not the best so we ended up using our cell phone provider for most of the time. One thing that we didn't like was the customer service from the marina club, the front desk lady treated us with demeaning attitude because we were "renting" and were trying to get pool passes. Looks like the HOA is trying to get renters away from this community because they also changed the rules of 2 person per room just right before our stay. No complaints about the house, it was clean and roomie.
