Description

Located on Main Street just north of town, "Lazy Days" may be just the perfect spot for your vacation! Cute and comfortable, this cottage is adorned with nothing but island charm. Downstairs features a cozy living room with flat screen TV, an eat-in kitchen with a back door that leads out to the yard, a full bathroom (tub & shower), a bedroom with a Double bed, and a second bedroom with a Twin bed and Bunk bed (2 Twins). Upstairs you'll find another bathroom (shower only) and bedroom with Queen size bed. (Please note: the stairs are steep and the upstairs has "knee walls".) The Chincoteague Bay is just a stone's throw - across the street - from the front steps... enjoy snippet water views! Nature trails, dog park, and downtown Chincoteague are just a minute or two by car. Enjoy a relaxing vacation at this affordable beach house!

"Nice peaceful place"

Small quaint place. Enjoyed the time there. Two friends on a four day fishing trip. Could use a charcoal grill (one is not included), and the landscaper had not been there in a while ( the grass was very high, but was finally mowed the last day we were there) I would recommend this place if you are looking for a smaller budget friendly place.

We rented this home while in between settlement of our sold home and the home we were purchasing. This home was very cute, cozy and comfortable. It helped us relax during a busy time. The home was nicely decorated and comfortable. We were so impressed with the washer and dryer, we purchased the same set for our new home. The location was great and we had 3 cars parked there.The home had all the things you needed to cook. The wifi was great, we were able to watch TV.We really enjoyed our stay!!!

It was perfect, and very comfortable. It had everything we needed. We did have to be careful with the dog because of close to road. Just a suggestion...a grill would be great. It was great to ride bikes and just relax. The weather was perfect, and an overall excellent vacation.
