A light, bright and airy beach rental with community pool and water access with shared dock. The spacious 2 bedroom, 2.5 bathroom home is tastefully furnished and features all appliances including washer/dryer and dishwasher. Wireless internet is included. Come and enjoy a great stay!

- Linens and towels are not included with your reservation. Please inquire about our new attractive linen packages!
- No smoking is permitted on the premises. 
- This property is pet friendly with a pet fee per pet. All pets must be disclosed prior to arrival.

"Great time every year!"

Love staying in Morning Memories! I’m a repeat renter! The pool is a definite plus and love having the dock! Nice quiet area of the island. Only concern with this unit is the couch..could use a new cushion. Other than that, love my time at Morning Memories!

"Every day memories"

My wife and I stay here three times per year, like clockwork. Everything is perfect. The view of the lighthouse as you fall asleep is everything you will need to realize you are no longer in your current residing state. Having a choice of spending the day at the pool or going to the beach is a luxury for sure. Can't say enough good things about this unit. It is a treasure!

Unfortunately the weather was not favorable on our 2 week stay this year. The unit was comfortable and pet friendly. Friendly neighbors... both quests and owners of the units.

We have been renting this unit for several years and are never disappointed. Chincoteague Resort is the most reliable and friendly rental company on the island. The whole team is great at their jobs. Team care at this level is a substantial company asset. The unit has a perfect view of the lighthouse, which is a bonus that you will never tire of. Perfectly located and within a short distance of anything you may need. The unit has been going through a continual upgrade that now includes LVP flooring that really opens up the family room. Cool unit that we will be visiting again and again.

We had a wonderful stay here.WE fished several times at Memorial Park and had a fabulous meal at Bill's. The beach was great and not too crowded. Having the pool handy for a quick dip was a real bonus. Eight years ago our daughter was married here on the beach; it was a trip down memory lane to come back for a visit. We won't stay away that long again!

Had a wonderful stay at Morning Memories. The unit is modern, comfortable, and in a great area to take walks or ride bikes. There is a pool on the premises, too! The beds are really comfy, and you can usually spot ponies from the bedroom deck. This was my second stay here, and I would definitely return again! PS- Book a tour with Capt Debbie Ritter, Chincoteague Nature Encounters. You will not be disappointed!

We love staying in Lighthouse Estates and love Morning Memories! We enjoy bringing our dogs and like that it is pet friendly! We have everything we need there and the kitchen is fully stocked with any appliance you might need! And the views are amazing!
