"Sunrise Shore" is located in one of Chincoteague Island's most popular waterfront residential communities - Oyster Bay I. Conveniently located to Maddox Blvd. (Beach Road) and downtown Chincoteague, yet far enough to escape the hustle & bustle. | | The main level of this home features the main living areas (kitchen, dining room, living room), a powder room, a pool shower bathroom ,and the master bathroom en suite. The upstairs features 2 more bedrooms, both with private balconies, and a full bathroom. There's also an additional loft sleeping area. | | The outdoor areas offer exceptional entertaining and relaxation space. Amazing home! Beautiful, spacious, light, airy, clean and comfortable! Well equipped kitchen, which made it so easy to cook at home a few times. Nothing was missing that we needed! Loved the outdoor hot tub ~ used it every evening after the beach or sightseeing! The location is awesome ~ so peaceful and restful and probably the nicest neighborhood in all of Chincoteague! Thank you for making our first trip to this lovely little town so awesome! Highly recommend!

"Perfect Getaway for a Group"

This house was STUNNING and the most amazing location for my bachelorette. Coastal Shore Vacations was very easy to work with and made communication super straightforward. They were very responsive to our needs and even opened the pool earlier than usual so we could enjoy it (NOTE if you are staying here in spring/fall - check the pool dates first). There were plentiful beds and we appreciated the sheets, towels, and linens provided. Cannot say enough good things about the view, location, and beauty of this home. Would definitely stay again!

This was our first time renting for two weeks in a row and it was just an amazing time. The upgrades made to the house since last year are so nice (new septic, refinished pool bathroom) and addressed many of our previous concerns. We cannot wait until next year!

The expanse of windows and lack of window coverings is just a PSA. The views are not meant to be blocked out. There are 3 bedrooms that offer privacy and all other beds are in common areas. The king bed in the main floor bedroom is only meant to be slept on, trust me. Do not let kids jump on or...you know. The kitchen and living room are great areas for entertaining and I don't think we were in want of any standard utensils or cookware.We will be back if available.

We had an amazing time at this rental. The location is perfect. The cleaning team was very professional and thorough. We had a few minor issues with the rental during the week, and the property management team was incredibly responsive, quickly and professionally resolving all of our concerns. There are a few minor areas where the house is in need of repair...peeling paint and plaster around showers, pool with cracking tile and cement chunks missing at the border, but nothing that kept us from enjoying the property overall. Ok. The home is very lovely. Well described and photographed. There are a lot of steps to get into the house (which is hard to tell from the pictures) This is more of an adult house and not the greatest for small children. Although our children loved the house and had a great time. I thought it was important to mention that the pool has no shallow end - its 6 feet to 8 feet. And there are only two awkaward steps to get into the pool. The pool is very narrow, making it a little challenging with kids jumping in. There are also a ton of flies (obviously not a rental problem - but plan to bring some fly traps!!) The rental company was helpful, but with a 4;00 check in and them closed on Sunday, things could have been tricky.

We totally enjoyed our stay. Everything was just terrific. The only thing that was a concern was the hot water could not keep up with ALL of us. (14 people) and the septic was backed up in the side yard, which was not pleasant. Over all, we LOVED THE PLACE and would love to come back.

The home is beautiful and area is quiet. Just what we wanted. But, there was several problems during stay 1) glass door leading to pool broken and sealed with duct tape. 2) sewage leaking due to overflow of septic tank. 3) ok housekeeping longer than expected to have home prepared. 4) pool and jacuzzi dirty and had callings from tree in it. 5) lights in upstairs bathroom not working. Thats just to name a few and issues with exception to door was resolved ASAP.
