A beautiful luxury bayside villa just steps from the water, professionally decorated, features luxury amenities including a walk-out from the living room area to a private deck and then marina area. Go fishing or crabbing right outside your door. The master bedroom suite is a dream come true - beautiful tiled shower, jetted tub, chair height commode and more. The gourmet kitchen will please your senses. This 3 bedroom villa will sleep 8, features high speed internet, Wifi, a smart television, ceiling fans in every room and a full-size washer and dryer. An easy stroll takes you to downtown restaurants, shops, movies, firemen's carnival, pony penning activities and more. Sunset Bay Villas also features a pool and fitness room for your enjoyment, as well as a large marina area. Enjoy waking to a waterfront view and the sounds of water lapping at the dock. Please Note: This villa does not have access to a boat slip.

This was not our first visit to this unit and we have already booked it for next year! We love the location (we have stayed in many units in Sunset Bay), the fact that it has 3 bedrooms and two baths and is big enough for everyone! This unit has many emanities in the kitched (some skillets need to be replaced. I made scrambled eggs one morning and the skillets were awful. Not the owners problem but a people problem for renters). Quiet location and great porch for watching the sunsets!

We had a wonderful week-long stay here June 5th through the 12th. Everything about this place is awesome. It's a beautiful unit, you couldn't get a better location, and it's so nice to be on the end with a view from two sides. We would definitely stay here again. The condo was comfortable and clean, and we loved the location right on the water. Coffee on the patio in the morning and drinks during the sunset at night. Lea was very helpful with answering our questions quickly. We'll be back!

location if sunset bay villas 101 is conveniently located near the parking lot so very easy access to your car. Being on the end at the 1st floor has its pros and cons. Pros include direct access to the bay for fishing, crabbing, kayaking etc. Cons include that it is a relatively high traffic area with people walking by frequently to fish or to walk their dogs to the grassy area to the side of condo. The view is pretty nice but you are directly next to the coast guard station which is unsightly. the interior of the condo is beautiful. nicely decorated and clean. But the furniture needs updated in a serious way. One if the couches has a cover over it in order to hide the torn cushions that literally have stuffing oozing out of them. the two loveseats are white and very dirty. The worst part of staying in this particular condo are the neighbors in the floor directly above us in 202. They have small children that use the floor as a running track from 7am-10pm daily. "Beautiful water and sunset views, quiet, peaceful"

This condo was very pretty, spacious and kitchen was well equipped (better than most resorts/condos). It is located on first floor, corner of building. Breath-taking views of the water and sunsets. Lots of windows for sun and views. Balcony steps are actually on pier. Boat slip at your door. Fun feeding ducks off pier. Love this place; hope to make it an annual trip and place to stay.

"Good not great"

Sunset Bay Villas is a good choice. Being waterfront and having a deck is nice. Unit 101 is probably the best unit due to it's end location. It's weird and annoying that the units don't provide sheets and towels. There was also nothing, I mean nothing, left in the kitchen...no dish soap, no condiments or spices. I've never stayed in a condo that didn't leave the prior renters left over things in the kitchen. Makes the stay more expensive.Also, the kitchen was not as "gourmet" as I had hoped. The knives are all dull. No food storage containers. No food processor.What the pictures don't show is the Coast Guard base next door, which can be noisy in the morning. Blackout blinds are a great feature. Our relatives rented 203 and they can read books in their bedroom without any of the lights on because the hallway and parking lot lights are so bright. It's bothering them a lot. They also had no wine glasses.The sleeper sofa is only appropriate for kids. Wish the bed in the 2nd bedroom was a king.The pool is small.Again, I would recommend this place despite my minor complaints. I'm a tough reviewer. It's very clean and modern. Probably one of the best choices on the island.
