Just off Beebe Road, named after the family in Misty of Chincoteague, you'll find a cute little cottage called Pony Pen. Located on the southern end of the island - you're a quick bike ride to Memorial Park or Curtis Merritt Harbor to do a little fishing or crabbing, to enjoy carnival, or check out downtown. The home features a sunroom/open living area when you walk in, along with an open dining/kitchen area - with everything you'll need (refrigerator, electric range, dishwasher, coffee maker) to make meals at the house if you'd like. The master bedroom is bright and sunny and boats a queen bed and full bath, and has a television. There is also another bedroom with a queen and a television as well. A full bath is located in the hallway in between the two bedrooms. Upstairs you'll find a converted loft area that has three twins and a sleeper sofa. On the back of the home, off the kitchen, you'll find a screened in porch with a picnic table for enjoying a meal al-fresco. It overlooks the lush green backyard that's fenced in - perfect for letting the little ones play hide and seek while you play cards or read a book on the back porch, enjoying the island sunshine and breezes. This rental home is approximately 20 minutes to Chincoteague/Assateague Island (the beach) and 30 minutes to Ocean City, MD (beach & boardwalk attractions).

Luxury waterfront home in Salt Marsh Landing - an upscale residential community on the northern tip of Chincoteague Island. Spectacular sunsets! A long, private pier over the salt marsh leads you to a bay front dock area with shade. It's perfect for crabbing, fishing or canoe and kayak launching. Tastefully appointed and architecturally pleasing, Castlebar features a main level great room flanked by wall of beautiful custom windows and high cathedral ceilings. Lighthouse View is located on the east side of our island and includes a private community pool for your enjoyment. The 3 bedroom, 2 bath townhouse features two first floor bedrooms (one with Roku) with full bath in the hallway and a master bedroom suite upstairs. There's water access across the street with a beautiful waterfront lot and dock. Lighthouse View features wireless internet and cable tv (with a premium tier that includes sports, educational, food and other channels).

On the main living level you'll find a bright, open living room with huge sliding doors that offer a view of Little Oyster Bay, an open dining area, the chef's quality kitchen with all new appliances, the master bedroom suite with bathroom, and the back door leading to the oversized screened porch. Enjoy coffee or cold drink after a day at the beach while you sit on the screened porch and look out over the canal. Bring your kayak or canoe and launch right from the backyard -- there's a floating dock and upgraded kitchen! Want to try your hand at crabbing? You can do that here as well! Cook your dinner on the propane or charcoal grill (there's both) and dine al fresca on the huge front deck or back screened porch. Located in one of Chincoteague Island's most popular communities, Oyster Bay I, Coral Cove guests can also have access to the shared community boat ramp. The second level of the home features 2 more bedrooms (one with a Queen bed and the other with 2 sets of Twin bunk beds), and a "Jack-n-Jill" style bathroom that is accessible from either bedroom. This bathroom has a tub and shower.
