Nestled in a cove along the shoreline of the island's most exclusive neighborhood on the northern end, you'll have everything you need for a perfect family vacation. ENDLESS outdoor space in the form of a long private dock with a large sitting area at the end, huge deck off the living area overlooking the water, a screened in dining area off the deck, and a large shared balcony off of two of the bedrooms on the upper level. The spacious home offers 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. On the ground level you'll find the fully-equipped kitchen with breakfast bar and dining area. The kitchen opens up to the cozy living area, with a fireplace and an unbelievable view of Chincoteague Bay. You'll find plenty of seating for your family, just around the corner is another sitting area for overflow - or if you just want to curl up with a good book alone (no judgement!). Also located on the ground level is a full bath and bedroom with two twins - ideal for putting the little ones to bed but still being able to keep an eye on them. Upstairs you'll find the other 3 bedrooms. The master suite - furnished with a king bed, bath with Jacuzzi soaking tub and shower, flat-screen, and yet another knockout view on the balcony. The balcony runs the length of the house and is shared on the other end with a bedroom with a queen. An additional full bath, and another bedroom with two twins is also found upstairs as well. Crab and fish right off the dock, and enjoy cooking and enjoying your bounty together al-fresco at the screened-in porch on the deck. Or pour yourself a nice chilled beverage and walk down to the end of the dock and wait for the sun to slip under the horizon over Chincoteague Bay - bringing the end to another day of treasured memories made at Hidden Treasure.

Welcome to Capeville Cottage in the heart of Capeville, VA - just 5 miles North of the Chesapeake Bay Bridge Tunnel. The Capeville Cottage is a charming 1700 sq.ft., 2 story home featuring 3 bedrooms and 2.5 baths. Upon pulling into the private driveway, there is a west facing front porch, great for watching the gorgeous Eastern Shore sunsets and relaxing after an active day.  You are welcomed by a large living area, high ceilings, and spacious kitchen with plenty of seating, laundry and a half bath.  There is a screened porch off of the kitchen with a picnic table that seats eight. Downstairs is a large primary bedroom with a king sized bed, high ceilings, a tv, and full bath and separate stand in shower. Upstairs there are two bedrooms. One has a twin over full bunk with a separate full size bed. The 3rd bedroom has a queen bed, tv and a shared full bath. Outside in the garage, you will find a game room with a ping pong table, darts and a large refrigerator. Set back across the street from Chincoteague Bay, Homestead sits on 30 acres of basically pristine land. A cozy cottage, originally built in 1890, had been updated but the owners kept the original charm of yesterday but with the comfort of today. Now that charm and comfort has been expanded. A new addition offers a great room with a modern kitchen, dining area and room to stretch out and relax. The design includes oversized windows, sliding doors and a sky light. The house now has 2 screen porches and a balcony that lets you feel as though you are living in in a nature preserve! Homestead sleeps 5 but best suited for 4 adults. There are now 2 full sized bathrooms. Amenities include bikes, beach chairs and umbrellas: games, crayons and colored paper and good parking. And as part of the property, you'll vacation alongside the oldest home on the island, The Captain Timothy Hill House, listed on the National Register of Historic Places. With a tidal pond in front and unspoiled woods in back, Homestead is private, quiet and with lots of room outside. A perfect retreat! So relax on one of the porches, feel the breeze from the bay, watch the animals and birds that come by or take an outside shower under the stars. The Homestead that so many have come to love is still the same just more to love!

The house is located on Pine Drive in Piney Island - the closest neighborhood to the beach - convenient for shopping and dining on Maddox Blvd. This wonderful waterfront beach bungalow features a wrap around deck with views of Assateague and the light house. You can bring your boat, jet skis or kayaks and keep them tied up out front. There is a spacious living room for entertaining and a nicely remodeled kitchen! Your rental also includes water access (a short walk from the home) to a tidal creek that comes up from Oyster Bay - it's a great place for the kids to crab or to launch a kayak or canoe.

Avalon is a charming 4 bedroom, 2.5 bathroom home situated on a bulkheaded waterfront lot on Oyster Bay! There is a large great room that boasts two family rooms, a dining area and large kitchen. From the gas fireplace, to the 16' cathedral knotted pine ceilings, this home is bright, warm and inviting. Avalon offers two queen bedrooms with screened porch access (one private) and two twin bedrooms. Offering over 600 sq. ft. of screened porch - you could live outdoors! The first level also offers a full size futon and 1/2 bath. Avalon is one of our most popular offerings; it books quickly!
