Downstairs you'll find an open floor plan with a fully equipped kitchen - with range, refrigerator, and dishwasher. A breakfast bar to enjoy a quick bite before you head to the beach. A comfortable and cozy living area with television. A half bath and washer and dryer can also be found downstairs for your convenience as well. A small porch with sliding door is located off of the living room, allowing you to crack open to let in the island breezes flowing over Assateague Channel. Upstairs you'll find the two bedrooms, both with queen beds. Beautiful, rustic, nautical themed decor. A full bath with tub/shower is also located upstairs as well. Enjoy your cup of coffee or cocktail on the cute patio area outside, or just to get a little extra island sunshine. Memorial Park is an easy walk or bike ride down the street, with a great pier for fishing and crabbing, tennis courts, and walking paths.

Bring fishing poles, crab pots, kayaks or paddle boards to use along the bulkhead or put in your boat from the convenient community boat launch. You will only be a short drive or fun bicycle ride away from Assateague Wildlife Refuge, the beach and Main Street of Chincoteague.

There are many features of The Ryokan to ensure a pleasant stay. The split level design offers a full bath and 3 bedrooms upstairs, two of which are waterfront with balconies. Enjoy the beautiful water view from a spacious main floor kitchen and living room. Early birds will love having coffee watching the sunrise from the deck or screened in porch! Downstairs offers a waterside deck as well as a large family room, bedroom with bunk beds and a full bath. Go under the house for a shaded spot to hang your hammock and enjoy an outdoor shower after a day at the beach!

Luxury waterfront home in Salt Marsh Landing - an upscale residential community on the northern tip of Chincoteague Island. Spectacular sunsets! A long, private pier over the salt marsh leads you to a bay front dock area with shade. It's perfect for crabbing, fishing or canoe and kayak launching. Tastefully appointed and architecturally pleasing, Castlebar features a main level great room flanked by wall of beautiful custom windows and high cathedral ceilings. The views of Chincoteague Bay are priceless. The open kitchen area features ample counter space for meal prep, and the large harvest dining table is perfect for gathering the whole group for a meal. This unit does not include a private boat slip, however, use of the common area marina is included.
