Welcome to A 'Teague of Our Own! This in-town home is an easy walk or bike to downtown or Maddox Blvd. Nicely decorated in 'beachy-chic' decor! The living room has abundant seating, complete with a flat screen TV and electric fireplace for those off-season stays. The kitchen is stocked to a chef's standards - there's nothing you won't find including a gas stove, sharp knifes and an herb garden. You will also find a queen sized sleeper sofa in the living room. The three bedrooms are upstairs, and the full bathroom (tub and shower) is downstairs. The enclosed porch with sliding windows allow for room to spread out in any weather. Large carport to keep a vehicle and all your gear under cover. A huge yard for cookouts, games and showering in the outdoor Tiki-shower. The house is located on Pine Drive in Piney Island - the closest neighborhood to the beach - convenient for shopping and dining on Maddox Blvd. This wonderful waterfront beach bungalow features a wrap around deck with views of Assateague and the light house. You can bring your boat, jet skis or kayaks and keep them tied up out front. There is a spacious living room for entertaining and a nicely remodeled kitchen! Your rental also includes water access (a short walk from the home) to a tidal creek that comes up from Oyster Bay - it's a great place for the kids to crab or to launch a kayak or canoe.

Welcome to ‘Saltwater', formerly known as 'Logan's Sunset.' A lovely 2 story waterfront townhouse on Chincoteague Bay with gorgeous views from both floors. Experience beautiful sunsets and NASA rocket launches from the front balcony. The screened back porch offers a great source of private outdoor entertainment as it boasts a comfortable six-person dining area. All three bedrooms have their own flat screen tv with cable. The main bedroom includes a desk perfect for working from home, virtual learning and streaming. Saltwater includes high-speed internet and free Wi-Fi. The main bedroom has it's own ensuite full bath with jetted tub/shower. The additional bedroom has a private full tub/shower. The 3rd bedroom has a bunk with two full size beds with an additional twin bed.  Guests can also enjoy the coastal outdoor shower. The private expansive 600 foot shared deep water dock provides hours of endless Saltwater fun!

Peaceful and stunning waterfront home! Located on a quiet side-street, Heron's Cove features a reverse floor plan with all bedrooms on the first floor, and the main living-level on the second floor. This allows you to capture and maximize the fabulous bay views! The second floor also features a great room with cathedral ceilings, fully equipped kitchen, gas fireplace and screened gazebo. In addition, there's multiple open decks and a shared dock (with Egret's Cove) into Little Oyster Bay. There are three bedrooms that each have a king size bed, and one bedroom that has two sets of bunk beds. Each bedroom has a private bath. Luxurious comfort while surrounded by Chincoteague's natural beauty and wildlife! Floor Plan: Downstairs (first level) features 4 bedrooms, all with attached private bathrooms.
