Villa 118 at Sunset Bay boasts an en-suite bedroom with king bed, private bath featuring a stand up shower AND a bathtub - along with private outdoor patio access from the bedroom. Two other bedrooms feature a king in one, and a twin in the other. Fully equipped kitchen and dining area with coffee maker, refrigerator/freezer, dishwasher, electric range, and plenty of countertop for that family seafood feast you will want to make while you're with us. Have a few friends sit at the bar while you mix up a few cocktails, then enjoy "people-watching" on the Chincoteague Channel as the evening picks up. Once the sun goes down you can retire to the cozy living area in the heart of the villa. Maybe a movie on the flat screen? Or perhaps a game of chess? Come for an old fashioned family vacation. This wonderfully maintained classic Chincoteague-style home features a large screened porch and beautiful, spacious yard for those warm summer evenings. A great enclosed outside shower comes in handy for rinsing the sand off after a long day at the beach. Downstairs there is a family room with a wood stove, living room/library with a TV and an eclectic selection of books, a formal dining room, full bath and kitchen. Upstairs there are three bedrooms and a full bathroom. Bring your kids and pets along, there is plenty of room to play!

This property has a location that is rich with amenities. Situated right next to Memorial Park, you can sit on the deck and enjoy the water views as the kids run and play, or fish and crab at the waterfront Memorial Park. The first floor is an open room consisting of the kitchen, dining area and living room (with queen sleeper sofa). You'll also find a full bath on this level. The second floor offers a queen bedroom with a private deck that has unlimited views of the Assateague Channel! The second bedroom has two twin beds and you'll find another full bathroom upstairs as well. Come and see for yourself!
