After a day of exploration or relaxation at the beach, unwind on the screened porch, where you can sip your favorite beverage and listen to the soothing island sounds. Fancy a bit more outdoor living? Fire up the gas grill and enjoy a delicious meal on the patio. It's the perfect spot for swapping stories and making memories under the stars.

Inside, you'll find a tastefully remodeled space that's clean, cute, and comfortable. The house comes equipped with all the modern luxuries you need for a stress-free stay. Coffee lovers, rejoice! You have your choice of a drip pot or Keurig machine to kickstart your mornings. The primary bedroom offers a Queen bed and a peaceful sanctuary for rest, while additional sleeping arrangements (Double-size sleep sofa in the living room) ensure everyone has a comfy spot to drift off to dreamland.

Whether you're here to spot the famous Chincoteague ponies, visit the Assateague Island Lighthouse, or simply soak up the laid-back island vibes, this rental has you covered. Welcome to The Ryokan- a quiet refuge that has everything you need for a relaxing vacation. Offering an unobstructed panoramic view of Oyster Bay, this waterfront home is ideal for daytime birdwatching and nighttime stargazing. Bring fishing poles, crab pots, kayaks or paddle boards to use along the bulkhead or put in your boat from the convenient community boat launch. You will only be a short drive or fun bicycle ride away from Assateague Wildlife Refuge, the beach and Main Street of Chincoteague.

There are many features of The Ryokan to ensure a pleasant stay. The split level design offers a full bath and 3 bedrooms upstairs, two of which are waterfront with balconies. Enjoy the beautiful water view from a spacious main floor kitchen and living room. Early birds will love having coffee watching the sunrise from the deck or screened in porch! Downstairs offers a waterside deck as well as a large family room, bedroom with bunk beds and a full bath. Go under the house for a shaded spot to hang your hammock and enjoy an outdoor shower after a day at the beach!

We're pleased to offer you 'Utter East'! Tucked off of a quiet side street in the middle of the island, this home features everything you'd need for a wonderful, relaxing vacation. If you love outdoor space, you'll love the huge screened porch, expansive decks, and beautifully landscaped fire pit sitting area on the pond. Inside the home, downstairs you'll find the living room, an additional den/family room, eat-in kitchen, dining room, two bedrooms and a full bathroom. Upstairs features two more bedrooms and another full bathroom. Don't delay; this home will book quickly! This means you'll enjoy unobstructed 360 degree water and marshland views from nearly every space in the home. The decor and local art collection alone will "wow" you! Watch the sun rise as you sip your morning coffee from the balcony or screened porch. Enjoy the quiet and privacy as you watch the wildlife that surrounds this fabulous property. The main house features 3 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms, and an additional loft sleeping area (twin trundle bed). The detached garage features another living area/bedroom (2 Twin beds) that is available for guest use (lower level garage is not accessible by guests). NOTE: Living room fireplace is not functional.

Great views of Oyster Bay from the front and back decks, and there's a large screened porch for outdoor enjoyment. On the lower (first level) of the home you'll find a large open room with a Queen and 2 Twin beds, as well as a large utility room and bathroom with shower. The main living level (second level) of the home features the living room, kitchen & dining area, as well as 3 bedrooms (K/K/Q) and 2 full bathrooms. Note: This property has a 7 night minimum stay during all seasons.
