Nestled in a cove along the shoreline of the island's most exclusive neighborhood on the northern end, you'll have everything you need for a perfect family vacation. ENDLESS outdoor space in the form of a long private dock with a large sitting area at the end, huge deck off the living area overlooking the water, a screened in dining area off the deck, and a large shared balcony off of two of the bedrooms on the upper level. The spacious home offers 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. On the ground level you'll find the fully-equipped kitchen with breakfast bar and dining area. The kitchen opens up to the cozy living area, with a fireplace and an unbelievable view of Chincoteague Bay. You'll find plenty of seating for your family, just around the corner is another sitting area for overflow - or if you just want to curl up with a good book alone (no judgement!). Also located on the ground level is a full bath and bedroom with two twins - ideal for putting the little ones to bed but still being able to keep an eye on them. Upstairs you'll find the other 3 bedrooms. The master suite - furnished with a king bed, bath with Jacuzzi soaking tub and shower, flat-screen, and yet another knockout view on the balcony. The balcony runs the length of the house and is shared on the other end with a bedroom with a queen. An additional full bath, and another bedroom with two twins is also found upstairs as well. Crab and fish right off the dock, and enjoy cooking and enjoying your bounty together al-fresco at the screened-in porch on the deck. Or pour yourself a nice chilled beverage and walk down to the end of the dock and wait for the sun to slip under the horizon over Chincoteague Bay - bringing the end to another day of treasured memories made at Hidden Treasure.

Enjoy the unparalleled island sunsets from the private dock, spacious screened in porch and dining area, or with it's floor to ceiling windows and numerous cozy seating areas - from anywhere else in the home! Vintage artwork from local artist Hall Lott, known for his cover artwork for the Chincoteague Island Easter & Decoy Festival and Pony Swim posters, adorn the walls at every turn. Plush, cozy furniture in the living area as well as a round-about room featuring stunning 180-degree views of Chincoteague Bay and salt marsh give you plenty of space to enjoy company comfortably. A fully equipped kitchen (range, dishwasher, refrigerator) to prepare meals for family and friends, which is connected to the great room featuring a beautiful working fireplace and natural wooden floors. Grey Heron features 3 bedrooms, each boasting their own private balcony. On the upper level (accessible by the spiral staircase in the great room) you'll find the master bedroom - with the largest balcony, overlooking the sweeping vista of the bay and marsh. A comfortable king sized bed and television, as well as a full bath. The floor to ceiling bay window delivers plenty of natural island sunshine into the bedroom. Downstairs you will find the other two bedrooms - both with queen sized beds, a small balcony, and a cozy sitting area with view of the bay and marsh. Bring your bushel basket and crab right off the dock, then enjoy the bounty of the Chincoteague Bay from the screened-in porch. Bring your kayaks as well and launch them right from the private launch found off the bulkhead on the property. An outdoor shower to hose off after a sandy day at the beach. We're pleased to be able to offer 'High Tide' as one of our most popular vacation rental selections! The true epitome of a beach house, you'll enjoy the bright, cheery decor and spacious feel of this fabulous home. The downstairs features an open living room (with fireplace and flat-screen TV), dining area and kitchen, as well as over-sized windows and access to the two (yes, TWO!) screened porches. One porch features a wonderful dining set; perfect for dining al fresco. The second spacious porch features a large hammock and nice sectional lounging sofa. As if that's not enough outdoor space, there are also multi-level, open air decks on the front and back of the home! There's also a bedroom (king) and full bathroom downstairs. The upstairs features two additional bedrooms (one with a queen & two twin beds, and the other with a queen & one twin bed), and a full bathroom.
