Located on South Ridge Road, this lovely town-home features a private pier, central air conditioning, and galley style kitchen complete with a dining area and all necessary appliances. The cozy living room leads you onto one of two screened in porches perfect for unwinding with family and friends. Upstairs, you find a great master bedroom with en-suite, a full bathroom off the hallway, and a second bedroom that features a bunk bed and a queen size bed that looks out onto the second-level screened in porch affording amazing Chincoteague Island views.

Located just off of Ridge Road on the southern portion of the island, you'll find Marsh Point. A two bedroom, two and a half bath townhome unit with (shared) dock access. A lovely screened in porch dining area for cooking up the crabs you'll catch right off the dock and enjoying with family and friends, you're sure to be comfortable here! On the ground floor you'll find the comfortable living area with plush new furniture, a fully-equipped galley-style kitchen (electric range, refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave), a dining area with table, a utility closet with a washer and dryer, and a half bath/powder room in the hallway. Upstairs you'll find the bedrooms - a master suite with queen bed and a full bath. The other bedroom upstairs boasts a balcony with a beautiful view of the salt marsh below. For sleeping arrangements you'll find a bunk (a full on the bottom and a twin on top - always fun fighting over who gets that one!). Another twin is also located in the second bedroom as well. A full bath is located in the hallway upstairs. If you look to the grassy grove across the street you'll be looking at the location of the former Beebe Ranch, home of Misty of Chincoteague. You can almost see the little pinto paint filly frolicking through the paddock. Sit on the bench at the end of the dock with a cocktail or a cup of coffee at sunset and feel the cool island breezes coming off of the inlet and Curtis Merritt Harbor, just a little further down the road. Ride into town to get a bite to eat, or grab a few ingredients at one of our local seafood markets (a wonderful fishmonger and lobster lady lives just across the street) to make something easy at home. No matter what you decide, make a point to enjoy yourself at Marsh Point.

"Anchor's Rest" - Centrally located, just a short distance to the carnival grounds, shopping, ice cream, dinner and the movies. This welcoming, spacious rental home features a fully equipped kitchen (don?t forget to bring k-cups for the Keurig!) with abundant counter space opening into the separate dining room. Enjoy the 65? HD flat screen TV, blu-ray player, game system, and foosball table in the great room. Relax with a glass of wine and a good book or check your e-mail on high speed Wi-Fi in the cozy living room. Sip your morning coffee in the sunroom and breakfast nook overlooking Main Street. The laundry room with washer/dryer, set tub, cabinets, and second fridge is a great place to store all the ?extras? you bring. Anchor?s Rest has room for lots of family and friends (and a dog, too) in this 4 bedroom, 3 bathroom home. 1st floor bedroom (2 twin bunks) sleeps 4 with a full bathroom on main floor. 2nd floor master bedroom has a full bathroom, king bed and balcony with views of Chincoteague Channel. Down the hall you will find the third full bathroom and two more spacious bedrooms (two twin beds and moveable pack-n-play in one, queen bed in the other).

Welcome to Seahorse Cove! This is an adorable 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom home that has been completely renovated. You will not be disappointed - from the personal touches, to the decor and amenities this lovely home has to offer - no detail has been left untouched.
