The home includes four smart TVs, (one in each bedroom) central heat and a/c, and plenty of board games to keep you occupied during your stay.  Bedrooms are equipped with nice mattresses to ensure a good night's rest, along with cozy blankets and thoughtful décor.   The owner's suite features a king sized bed, electric fireplace, on suite bath with a double vanity, large soaking tub as well as a walk in shower. You will find two more bedrooms just down the hall, one with a queen sized bed and another with a double bed. There is also another full bathroom with a tub/shower combo.

The front porch is perfect for sipping your morning coffee, or enjoying an evening beverage of choice. The screened in porch has comfy seating for 6 and a firepit for your enjoyment just off of the steps. Come spend a weekend or an entire week at Salty Sea Lyons, you won't be disappointed!

This home is conveniently located to all the community amenities such as pools (2 outdoor & 1 indoor), fitness center, marina w/ fishing pier, restaurant, tiki bar, and more! (with a fee) If day-tripping is more your style, you'll love the fact that this home is located only 20 minutes from Chincoteague Island and the beach, or 30 minutes to Ocean City, MD and the boardwalk amusements.

The home’s entry level features a newly furnished queen bedroom with sliding glass doors opening to the incredible views on your waterfront deck. Plus another large bedroom has two twin beds!  If you need another bed yet, pull the curtain shut to a cozy alcove and sleep soundly on the full sized sofa bed. Extra privacy abounds in the 3rd floor suite!  Enjoy more of the spectacular water views from your king-size bed, private balcony, or wicker lounge chairs.  Immerse yourself in the large jacuzzi-style tub. Set back across the street from Chincoteague Bay, Homestead sits on 30 acres of basically pristine land. A cozy cottage, originally built in 1890, had been updated but the owners kept the original charm of yesterday but with the comfort of today. Now that charm and comfort has been expanded. A new addition offers a great room with a modern kitchen, dining area and room to stretch out and relax. The design includes oversized windows, sliding doors and a sky light. The house now has 2 screen porches and a balcony that lets you feel as though you are living in in a nature preserve! Homestead sleeps 5 but best suited for 4 adults. There are now 2 full sized bathrooms. Amenities include bikes, beach chairs and umbrellas: games, crayons and colored paper and good parking. And as part of the property, you'll vacation alongside the oldest home on the island, The Captain Timothy Hill House, listed on the National Register of Historic Places. With a tidal pond in front and unspoiled woods in back, Homestead is private, quiet and with lots of room outside. A perfect retreat! So relax on one of the porches, feel the breeze from the bay, watch the animals and birds that come by or take an outside shower under the stars. The Homestead that so many have come to love is still the same just more to love!

Beautiful waterfront home with shared pier plus floating dock on deep water!! Ground level is a large screened patio perfect for those summer time seafood feasts. The first level is great room boasting reclaimed barn board walls and wide plank pine floors with a separate den and full bath. There is a second screened porch overlooking that water from the great room. The second level has a large waterfront master suite with a private balcony, two more bedrooms and another full bath. Close to Memorial Park right across the street from a family restaurant! (Spiral staircase in home, may not be suitable for small children.) For larger groups for family reunions, check out nearby Moon Rising or Herbie's Hideaway!

You can enjoy all your meals on the porch! In addition, you'll find bright, airy and spacious bedrooms with TVs including a master bedroom suite with King size bed and private bath.
