This property has a location that is rich with views and amenities. Situated right next to Memorial Park, you can sit on the deck and enjoy the water views as the kids run and play, or fish and crab. The first floor is an open room consisting of the kitchen, dining area and living room (with queen sleeper sofa). You'll also find a full bath on this level. The second floor offers a queen bedroom with a private deck that has unlimited views of the Assateague Channel. The second bedroom (upstairs) has two twin beds and you'll find another full bathroom on the second level as well. Need more space? Rent Channel Lookout next door! There are fresh new upgrades, including a bathroom, a new laundry closet, and a new deck. The bright, natural sunlight streams into the rooms via skylights and the floor plan is open and inviting. The living room extends to the dining area, which is completely open to the kitchen. Off of the kitchen, you step down into a family room/bedroom with a full bathroom, futon fold-out bed, and a Twin pull-out sleeper chair. From the hallway off of the dining area, you'll find two more bedrooms, one with a new ensuite bathroom. There is a new washer/dryer closet and a full bathroom accessed in the hallway. The master bedroom will be your favorite spot in the house with large sliding doors on 3 sides and a fabulous, cozy sitting area overlooking the marshes and bay, it's perfect for unwinding after a day at the beach, or quietly starting your day. Conveniently located to Maddox Boulevard (Beach Road) and downtown Chincoteague Island you're only a few minutes from restaurants, shopping, movies, the beach, and more! 'Porter's Barn' has partnered with our friends at Sun Outdoors Resort (located less than 2 miles from the house) so that all guests may enjoy the fun resort amenities FREE OF CHARGE. This extra bonus includes a private beach w/ water rentals, pool, playground, "snak shak", comfort stations & more! 

Shared amenities include: a gas grill, 20 ft. radius fire pit, 2 kayaks, a SUP, and 2 bicycles. There is a boat launch on the property and two docks (one floating). Linens and towels are provided.

Magic Moments is awaiting your stay! This end-unit townhome offers the most spectacular views of Chincoteague Bay, sunsets, NASA rocket launches, and a one-of-a-kind views of Chincoteague Island. On the first living level, you will find plenty of living space, a half bath and a large wrap-around balcony boasting breathtaking views. Upstairs on the second level, there is a full Jack and Jill style bathroom featuring an owners suite and private balcony. As you make your way to the third floor, you'll find complete privacy. This floor offers more breathtaking views and your own balcony as well.
