The primary suite bedroom, encompassing the entire second floor, offers a peaceful haven for relaxation with its serene views, private bath, and private deck access. The first floor provides flexible sleeping arrangements with two twin beds in the bedroom, and a sleeper sofa in the living room. The full bath on the first floor rounds out the convenient layout.

The heart of this home is its beautiful outdoor spaces. A screened porch provides a bug-free zone to enjoy the fresh air and scenic surroundings, while the open deck invites you to bask in the sun, stargaze at night, or dine al fresco against the backdrop of picturesque water views. Located on a bulk-headed waterfront lot in Richardson's Landing, you can fish and crab from the backyard! A wonderful feature of this spacious home is that you'll find your bedrooms on the first level and your main living area on the second level. The great room opens to the kitchen and features wood floors throughout. And the views are spectacular! Lots of windows!! Some of the bedrooms have waterside balconies. Welcome to Seahorse Cove! This is an adorable 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom home that has been completely renovated. You will not be disappointed - from the personal touches, to the decor and amenities this lovely home has to offer - no detail has been left untouched. As soon as you enter, you will immediately fall in love with the bright, beachy colors, and the overall feeling of complete relaxation. Seahorse Cove offers a fully equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, a breakfast bar, and all of your cooking essentials for providing a delicious meal. Enjoy the sounds of nature from the cozy screened porch, while sipping your morning coffee or enjoying an evening beverage. All Done is located on the popular East Side Road, just minutes from downtown, Maddox Blvd (Beach Road), Memorial Park and the beach on Assateague Island. There are snippet water views of the Assateague Lighthouse and Channel. It is a brand-new home just built in Spring of 2024, and features an open first floor plan joining the kitchen, dining and living rooms into one, as well as a first floor bedroom with full bath. The second floor has 2 more bedrooms including individual full bathrooms, with a walk-in shower in the primary bedroom. There is a spacious laundry room also conveniently located on the second level. The outside of All Done includes a screened porch on the side of the home, and a spacious front porch with ample rockers to enjoy the sunsets over the tree line. There is also a charcoal grill, a large yard for games and parking for up to 4 cars.

"Blue Moon" is centrally located on Chincoteague Island - it's not too far from downtown, a public boat launch, nature trails, and one of the island's most-loved fresh seafood shops! Downstairs features the living room/dining area combo, a lovely kitchen, full bathroom and 2 screened porches. On the second level you'll find 3 bedrooms and another full bathroom. The third level is the master bedroom suite with a King bed and full bathroom. If you enjoy the more traditional-style homes, "Blue Moon" might be the one for you!
