Located in lovely Piney Island within a short bike ride to the beach. This single story 2 bedroom, 1.5 bathroom house offers a large screened porch, fully equipped kitchen and spacious living room. Tall Pines has two bedrooms, one with a queen, and other featuring two twins. There is also an air mattress for guest use.  Piney Island offers community water access great for launching kayaks/canoes. To top it all off, Tall Pines is pet friendly with and outdoor dog run in the yard. You won't be disappointed! | | Note: Water access is a shared with the community just a short distance from the rental home.

Got a boat? No problem! Off duty has a boat lift and ladder at the dock! The Captain's Cove community offers 3 pools (2 outdoor & 1 indoor), tiki bar, Marina Club and restaurant, 9-hole golf course, kids playground, dog park and more! Enjoy the unparalleled island sunsets from the private dock, spacious screened in porch and dining area, or with it's floor to ceiling windows and numerous cozy seating areas - from anywhere else in the home! Vintage artwork from local artist Hall Lott, known for his cover artwork for the Chincoteague Island Easter & Decoy Festival and Pony Swim posters, adorn the walls at every turn. Plush, cozy furniture in the living area as well as a round-about room featuring stunning 180-degree views of Chincoteague Bay and salt marsh give you plenty of space to enjoy company comfortably. A fully equipped kitchen (range, dishwasher, refrigerator) to prepare meals for family and friends, which is connected to the great room featuring a beautiful working fireplace and natural wooden floors. Grey Heron features 3 bedrooms, each boasting their own private balcony.
