Avalon offers two queen bedrooms with screened porch access (one private) and two twin bedrooms. Offering over 600 sq. ft. of screened porch - you could live outdoors! Situated on a canal in the popular Captain's Cove community, you have access to a boat ramp and you can dock your boat right outside your door! Also perfect for fishing, crabbing, kayaks, etc. Sun Rayes is packed full of fun - there are so many great spaces for entertaining and relaxing. Cozy and luxurious, three bed, two bath waterfront villa with private balcony. Beautiful kitchen space overlooks the bright, open dining/living area. Step out onto the waterside balcony and enjoy the water, wildlife, and sunset views. Bedrooms are spaced nicely - one full, one with two twins, and one king suite. King suite includes two mirrored closets, large bathroom with stand-up shower, and an additional entryway to the private balcony overlooking the Chincoteague Bay. Enjoy access to the community pool and fitness center within the villa complex. Conveniently located to our historic downtown area, you can walk to dinner, movies, shopping, galleries and more. This unit does not include a private boat slip, however, use of the common area marina is included.

The first level is great room boasting reclaimed barn board walls and wide plank pine floors with a separate den and full bath. There is a second screened porch overlooking that water from the great room. The second level has a large waterfront master suite with a private balcony, two more bedrooms and another full bath. Close to Memorial Park right across the street from a family restaurant! (Spiral staircase in home, may not be suitable for small children.) Hidden Treasure
"X" marks the spot here at Hidden Treasure. Nestled in a cove along the shoreline of the island's most exclusive neighborhood on the northern end, you'll have everything you need for a perfect family vacation. ENDLESS outdoor space in the form of a long private dock with a large sitting area at the end, huge deck off the living area overlooking the water, a screened in dining area off the deck, and a large shared balcony off of two of the bedrooms on the upper level. The spacious home offers 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. On the ground level you'll find the fully-equipped kitchen with breakfast bar and dining area. The kitchen opens up to the cozy living area, with a fireplace and an unbelievable view of Chincoteague Bay. You'll find plenty of seating for your family, just around the corner is another sitting area for overflow - or if you just want to curl up with a good book alone (no judgement!). Also located on the ground level is a full bath and bedroom with two twins - ideal for putting the little ones to bed but still being able to keep an eye on them. Upstairs you'll find the other 3 bedrooms. The master suite - furnished with a king bed, bath with Jacuzzi soaking tub and shower, flat-screen, and yet another knockout view on the balcony. The balcony runs the length of the house and is shared on the other end with a bedroom with a queen. An additional full bath, and another bedroom with two twins is also found upstairs as well. Crab and fish right off the dock, and enjoy cooking and enjoying your bounty together al-fresco at the screened-in porch on the deck.
