Cozy and luxurious, three bed, two bath waterfront villa with private balcony. Beautiful kitchen space overlooks the bright, open dining/living area. Step out onto the waterside balcony and enjoy the water, wildlife, and sunset views. Bedrooms are spaced nicely - one full, one with two twins, and one king suite. King suite includes two mirrored closets, large bathroom with stand-up shower, and an additional entryway to the private balcony overlooking the Chincoteague Bay. Enjoy access to the community pool and fitness center within the villa complex. Conveniently located to our historic downtown area, you can walk to dinner, movies, shopping, galleries and more. This unit does not include a private boat slip, however, use of the common area marina is included.

Located down a gravel road that runs parallel to Assateague Channel, you'll find Channel Watch nestled in between the pine trees. The perfect getaway on Chincoteague Island for you and your family! On the ground level you'll find a bedroom with King bed and sitting/television area, an open-floor plan for the living area with plenty of comfortable seating, a fully-equipped gourmet kitchen, and a dining area with table for enjoying family meals together. There is also a large screened in porch area with seating if you want to take in the views and enjoy that meal outside - and honestly, why wouldn't you? A full bath is also located in the hallway downstairs too. Upstairs you'll find two more bedrooms. Welcome! This spacious, luxurious home offers everything you need for a relaxing vacation. Located in the Smugglers Cove community, Off Belay is situated on a small creek, perfect for any nature enthusiast. Upon entering this gorgeous vacation home, you will be enamored with the thoughtful décor and tasteful furnishings. Beautiful hardwood floors lead you to the gourmet kitchen with an expansive kitchen island, including a 5 burner gas range. The living room boasts high ceilings, plenty of seating, a wood burning fireplace, and tv as well as access to the large screened in porch and open deck. The first floor also offers a primary queen suite with an attached bath (shower only), and a private den with tv and a queen sleeper sofa. You will also find another full bathroom, washer/dryer and utility sink just down the hall. Upstairs, there are two more bedrooms: a king room with a jack and jill bath as well as a twin room.
