Blue Marlin
Blue Marlin is a brand new home that is now available exclusively - you will NOT want to miss your opportunity. Visitors from all around fall in love with the charm and beauty of our small town. Blue Marlin is nestled just a few short minutes from the heart of our downtown and offers everything you will need to enjoy a true Island vacation. Spectacular views are abound from just about every room of this gorgeous home. From the time you enter, become enamored with the fresh, beach-like feel of this well thought out Island Home. Blue Marlin offers first floor living, complete with a half bath off of the well-equipped kitchen, a king sized bedroom with beautiful bay views, TV, and en-suite bathroom. Upstairs you will find a spacious sitting entertainment area featuring a sleeper sofa and large TV, as well as two bedrooms. Each bedroom is tastefully decorated and comfortably furnished for a wonderful vacation stay. There are two twin beds, as well as a queen sized bed (with 40 in. TV) upstairs, along with a full bathroom. You may take notice to the many handcrafted furnishings in the home that the owners have taken great pride in creating. Blue Marlin offers front porch sitting, breathtaking sunset views, an outdoor grill, long dock with ladder, (yes, bring your boat!) - there's even extra parking for your boat trailer (behind the yellow house). Hidden Treasure
"X" marks the spot here at Hidden Treasure. Nestled in a cove along the shoreline of the island's most exclusive neighborhood on the northern end, you'll have everything you need for a perfect family vacation. ENDLESS outdoor space in the form of a long private dock with a large sitting area at the end, huge deck off the living area overlooking the water, a screened in dining area off the deck, and a large shared balcony off of two of the bedrooms on the upper level. The spacious home offers 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. On the ground level you'll find the fully-equipped kitchen with breakfast bar and dining area. The kitchen opens up to the cozy living area, with a fireplace and an unbelievable view of Chincoteague Bay. You'll find plenty of seating for your family, just around the corner is another sitting area for overflow - or if you just want to curl up with a good book alone (no judgement!). Also located on the ground level is a full bath and bedroom with two twins - ideal for putting the little ones to bed but still being able to keep an eye on them. Upstairs you'll find the other 3 bedrooms. The master suite - furnished with a king bed, bath with Jacuzzi soaking tub and shower, flat-screen, and yet another knockout view on the balcony. The balcony runs the length of the house and is shared on the other end with a bedroom with a queen. An additional full bath, and another bedroom with two twins is also found upstairs as well. Crab and fish right off the dock, and enjoy cooking and enjoying your bounty together al-fresco at the screened-in porch on the deck. Or pour yourself a nice chilled beverage and walk down to the end of the dock and wait for the sun to slip under the horizon over Chincoteague Bay - bringing the end to another day of treasured memories made at Hidden Treasure.

Dockside
Located on the Assateague Channel, this is your chance to watch the ponies from your own deck. A wonderful panoramic view awaits you; to the left is the Assateague Bridge; to right of the bridge is the Assateague Lighthouse and ponies; and to the far right is Tom's Cove and the ocean inlet. Come and fish from your own dock and tie your boat along side! Inside you will find central heat/air, 3 decks, all appliances, gas grill, satellite TV & DVD player and internet access. Enjoy evenings resting beside the wood fireplace (off-season).
Please note: Parking is limited to 2 spaces (this includes a boat/trailer if you are bringing one). Max. boat size for docking is 20'. If alternate parking accommodations are needed, please ask.

Egret's Cove
Breathtaking views call your attention at this gorgeous waterfront home! 'Egret's Cove' is located next door to our ever popular sister vacation home, 'Heron's Cove'. Egret's Cove is rich with amenities, leaving nothing to be desired for an enjoyable vacation stay. With the amazing views, blissful sunrises, bay breezes, pet-friendly, you'll be in awe that this bay front home has to offer! This home was built directly on Little Oyster Bay in 2004, and has a large screened porch with a hot tub. Boasting beautiful water views from almost every room, the interior features tasteful decor, lots of natural light and a vaulted ceiling in the living room that lends to the "openness." One bedroom with a king is located on the first floor (with a Jack and Jill bath). The kitchen also features everything you will need to cook for the family while vacationing, and there is a wet bar adjacent to the dining area. In the large open living room you will also find a full size sleeper sofa. Moving upstairs, you'll again be "wowed" by the views! In the loft, you will find a queen sleeper sofa as well as a game table, twin sleep sofa and plenty of room to relax. One bedroom features a king size bed, with a private balcony. Across the hall you will find another bedroom with a queen size bed, lots of natural light and a dedicated workspace. There is a large deck that has a spiral staircase to make your way down to the screened porch.. You will also find two full bathrooms in this space. Each bedroom also features a smart TV for your enjoyment! Outside, experience a private oasis and enjoy a relaxing soak in the hot tub overlooking the Bay while finding peace in the natural elements surrounding the space. Relax on the front deck or by the fire pit - all of which is enclosed by a fence so your furry friends can roam without worries. There is also a shared dock with the home next door, perfect for kayaking or crabbing.

Conch Shell
The house is located on Pine Drive in Piney Island - the closest neighborhood to the beach - convenient for shopping and dining on Maddox Blvd. This wonderful waterfront beach bungalow features a wrap around deck with views of Assateague and the light house. You can bring your boat, jet skis or kayaks and keep them tied up out front. There is a spacious living room for entertaining and a nicely remodeled kitchen! Your rental also includes water access (a short walk from the home) to a tidal creek that comes up from Oyster Bay - it's a great place for the kids to crab or to launch a kayak or canoe.

Belle of the Bay
Truly the "Belle of the Bay", this beautiful custom waterfront home is tucked away at the very tip of one of Chincoteague's most popular residential communities - Oyster Bay I. This means you'll enjoy unobstructed 360 degree water and marshland views from nearly every space in the home. The decor and local art collection alone will "wow" you! Watch the sun rise as you sip your morning coffee from the balcony or screened porch. Enjoy the quiet and privacy as you watch the wildlife that surrounds this fabulous property. The main house features 3 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms, and an additional loft sleeping area (twin trundle bed). The detached garage features another living area/bedroom (2 Twin beds) that is available for guest use (lower level garage is not accessible by guests). NOTE: Living room fireplace is not functional.

Grey Heron
Majestic views await you from every room at Grey Heron, a charming raised contemporary located on North Main Street. Enjoy the unparalleled island sunsets from the private dock, spacious screened in porch and dining area, or with it's floor to ceiling windows and numerous cozy seating areas - from anywhere else in the home! Vintage artwork from local artist Hall Lott, known for his cover artwork for the Chincoteague Island Easter & Decoy Festival and Pony Swim posters, adorn the walls at every turn. Plush, cozy furniture in the living area as well as a round-about room featuring stunning 180-degree views of Chincoteague Bay and salt marsh give you plenty of space to enjoy company comfortably. A fully equipped kitchen (range, dishwasher, refrigerator) to prepare meals for family and friends, which is connected to the great room featuring a beautiful working fireplace and natural wooden floors. Grey Heron features 3 bedrooms, each boasting their own private balcony. On the upper level (accessible by the spiral staircase in the great room) you'll find the master bedroom - with the largest balcony, overlooking the sweeping vista of the bay and marsh. A comfortable king sized bed and television, as well as a full bath. The floor to ceiling bay window delivers plenty of natural island sunshine into the bedroom. Sunset Dreams
If you're familiar with the island you know that the best sunsets can be found on Main Street, and the sunsets waiting for you at Sunset Dreams (located on south Main Street), are NO EXCEPTION. A luxury waterfront townhome overlooking Chincoteague Bay, offering 3 bedrooms and two and a half baths - with a private pier, it's the perfect place to unwind and get on "island time". On the lower level you'll find the open area kitchen and dining area that features a stunning view of Chincoteague Bay and the salt marsh - that has everything you'll need to enjoy the various fresh catches waiting for you just off of the dock, or at our local seafood markets. A comfortable living area also boasts a beautiful waterfront view, with sliding doors that open up to a lovely little sitting porch - perfect for taking in the sunset with a cocktail without having to go too far. There is also a bedroom downstairs with two twins, a half-bath powder room, and a beautiful large sunroom/sitting area - great for sneaking away for a minute to get some work done or curl up with a good book. On the upper level you'll find the master bedroom with a queen bed, a full bath, and a beautiful waterfront view. Another bedroom with a queen bed is upstairs as well. A full bath can also be found upstairs in the hallway, and both bedrooms have televisions. Full sized washer and dryer for washing all those beach towels and bathing suits. You have full access to the dock across the street, so bring your fishing poles and crabbing gear (or visit Captain Steve's on Maddox Blvd to get what you need!). Peaceful and stunning waterfront home! Located on a quiet side-street, Heron's Cove features a reverse floor plan with all bedrooms on the first floor, and the main living-level on the second floor. This allows you to capture and maximize the fabulous bay views! The second floor also features a great room with cathedral ceilings, fully equipped kitchen, gas fireplace and screened gazebo. In addition, there's multiple open decks and a shared dock (with Egret's Cove) into Little Oyster Bay. There are three bedrooms that each have a king size bed, and one bedroom that has two sets of bunk beds. Each bedroom has a private bath. Luxurious comfort while surrounded by Chincoteague's natural beauty and wildlife! Floor Plan: Downstairs (first level) features 4 bedrooms, all with attached private bathrooms. Where is Creek House located? Only a 20 minute drive to Chincoteague Island, Creek House is situated on one of the most beautiful slices of Virginia's Eastern Shore. Day trips to the beach are easy and convenient. Other beach towns like Ocean City, MD and Cape Charles, VA are less than an hour away.
Creek House has a boat launch, two docks, five porches and a 20’ radius fire pit with outdoor lighting and wi-fi (Bluetooth) speakers system. Simply staying on the property to enjoy a vacation with down time is an option with endless possibilities. The entire compound is available for events and can accommodate up to 18 people (each of the three dwellings are rented separately). Pets will be considered upon request.
In addition to The Creek House, the compound is also home to two luxurious cottages: Porter’s Barn and Hosta Cottage. Please note that this listing is for Creek House only; the other two cottages - Hosta Cottage and Porter's Barn - must be booked separately.
