The first level features a front porch, pull out sofa, large dining table for family meals, and a full bathroom. Upstairs you will find 3 twins, (one bunk) and another bedroom down the hall with a queen sized bed. There is a full bathroom on this level as well. On the third floor, you have a full sized bed and bathroom with a tub (no shower). Enjoy the outdoors in the large yard, or grill up some good food from one of the many local markets. Welcome to A 'Teague of Our Own! This in-town home is an easy walk or bike to downtown or Maddox Blvd. Nicely decorated in 'beachy-chic' decor! The living room has abundant seating, complete with a flat screen TV and electric fireplace for those off-season stays. The kitchen is stocked to a chef's standards - there's nothing you won't find including a gas stove, sharp knifes and an herb garden. You will also find a queen sized sleeper sofa in the living room. The three bedrooms are upstairs, and the full bathroom (tub and shower) is downstairs. The enclosed porch with sliding windows allow for room to spread out in any weather. Large carport to keep a vehicle and all your gear under cover. A huge yard for cookouts, games and showering in the outdoor Tiki-shower. Located down a gravel road that runs parallel to Assateague Channel, you'll find Channel Watch nestled in between the pine trees. The perfect getaway on Chincoteague Island for you and your family! On the ground level you'll find a bedroom with King bed and sitting/television area, an open-floor plan for the living area with plenty of comfortable seating, a fully-equipped gourmet kitchen, and a dining area with table for enjoying family meals together. There is also a large screened in porch area with seating if you want to take in the views and enjoy that meal outside - and honestly, why wouldn't you? A full bath is also located in the hallway downstairs too. Upstairs you'll find two more bedrooms. The master featuring a roomy king bed and private balcony overlooking the water, and the other bedroom with two beds - one Queen sized and one Full size. A full bath is also located upstairs, as well as a utility closet with a full size washer and dryer.
