Each of the 4 bedrooms features a private full bath. There are bedrooms on both levels with the master bedroom on the first floor. The MBR suite has a private bath with jacuzzi tub and private waterside balcony. There's also a smaller bedroom with two twins on the first level. The two bedrooms upstairs are private wings off the game room. The game room has two separate gaming tables that young and old alike will enjoy. Checkers with the grandkids! There is bathroom access on this level for guests that use the sleeper sofa in the game room. The kitchen opens to the dining & living room areas which are flanked by floor to ceiling windows & cathedral ceiling. If you're visiting off season, there's a fireplace in the living room for your enjoyment. Off the living room you'll find a large all-weather waterside gazebo that opens out the the decks. We are pleased to introduce 'Ryokan' as one of the newest additions to the Chincoteague Resort selection of vacation homes! There are so many fine features to this lovely architectural master piece - from the unobstructed panoramic views of Oyster Bay, to the open split-level floor plan and large kitchen (with 2 refrigerators) - everything you'll need for a relaxing vacation awaits you here. 

On the lower level you'll find a large room with twin beds, a sitting area with table, a TV and a sliding door that leads out to a deck with water views. The main level features an open eat-in kitchen and living room, as well as an open deck and wonderful screened porch. These outdoor areas are perfect for enjoying a morning cup of coffee, or a cool drink after a long day at the beach. Wildlife abounds - watch the birds and eagles fly in, and maybe you'll be lucky enough to spot a pod of dolphins! The upstairs is comprised of three bedrooms and two full bathrooms. 

Located in the ever-popular Oyster Bay 1 community off of Deep Hole Road, you're able to take advantage of the quiet, laid back neighborhood and the community boat launch. This home is truly an experience for the nature and island lover. Come and see for yourself!

The house is located on Pine Drive in Piney Island - the closest neighborhood to the beach - convenient for shopping and dining on Maddox Blvd. This wonderful waterfront beach bungalow features a wrap around deck with views of Assateague and the light house. You can bring your boat, jet skis or kayaks and keep them tied up out front. There is a spacious living room for entertaining and a nicely remodeled kitchen! Your rental also includes water access (a short walk from the home) to a tidal creek that comes up from Oyster Bay - it's a great place for the kids to crab or to launch a kayak or canoe.
