Breathe the Bay is located in a large, but quiet community filled with many amenities.  The decor is coastal, clean and modern with simple lines and beautiful artwork. It is the perfect beach home for your family's summertime (or anytime!) beach vacation! This coastal gem is loaded with amenities to ensure a week of fun for everyone, including a game room with a Ping-Pong table, air hockey, and foosball. It's perfect for after-the-beach enjoyment! 

The beautifully furnished home features quartz kitchen countertops and nice stainless steel appliances.  The open floor plan offers easy access to the spacious living room with fireplace for crisp mornings. There is a queen bedroom located on the first floor, with a large tiled bathroom. Upstairs you will find 3 more bedrooms, all with a TV, as well as a den that features a game table, foosball, a comfy, futon couch and a variety of board games for your entertainment.  There is also a full bathroom with a tiled shower upstairs. Each bedroom is comfortable, tastefully decorated and offers beautiful bay views. 

If you are in need of dipping your toes in the water, head down to your private dock where you can do just that -- or fish or crab! In the garage you will find a large game area with a couch, TV, full size refrigerator, as well as ping pong and air hockey tables. A gas grill is also provided for your use! 

Want to take a ride around the neighborhood? Hop on one of the five bikes that have been provided and enjoy! 

You have easy access to Ocean City, Maryland and Chincoteague Island. (Voted one of the happiest beach towns!)  If you don't feel like cooking, there is beautiful waterfront dining offered at the Marina Club in the Captain's Cove Community. If you are up for a drive, there are plenty of places to dine on the Island, or the quaint towns of Snow Hill, Berlin and Ocean City, MD.

- Additional community requirements: Each occupant must disclose their name. Vehicles must be registered; make and model of each vehicle is required. We are pleased to introduce 'Ryokan' as one of the newest additions to the Chincoteague Resort selection of vacation homes! There are so many fine features to this lovely architectural master piece - from the unobstructed panoramic views of Oyster Bay, to the open split-level floor plan and large kitchen (with 2 refrigerators) - everything you'll need for a relaxing vacation awaits you here. 

On the lower level you'll find a large room with twin beds, a sitting area with table, a TV and a sliding door that leads out to a deck with water views. The main level features an open eat-in kitchen and living room, as well as an open deck and wonderful screened porch. These outdoor areas are perfect for enjoying a morning cup of coffee, or a cool drink after a long day at the beach. Wildlife abounds - watch the birds and eagles fly in, and maybe you'll be lucky enough to spot a pod of dolphins! The upstairs is comprised of three bedrooms and two full bathrooms. 

Located in the ever-popular Oyster Bay 1 community off of Deep Hole Road, you're able to take advantage of the quiet, laid back neighborhood and the community boat launch. This home is truly an experience for the nature and island lover. Come and see for yourself!

Luxury waterfront home in Salt Marsh Landing - an upscale residential community on the northern tip of Chincoteague Island. Spectacular sunsets! A long, private pier over the salt marsh leads you to a bay front dock area with shade. It's perfect for crabbing, fishing or canoe and kayak launching. Tastefully appointed and architecturally pleasing, Castlebar features a main level great room flanked by wall of beautiful custom windows and high cathedral ceilings. The views of Chincoteague Bay are priceless. The open kitchen area features ample counter space for meal prep, and the large harvest dining table is perfect for gathering the whole group for a meal. There are hardwood floors, and a two-sided fireplace that is shared with the adjoining cozy den. The first floor also features a full bath and large bedroom that looks out on the bay. Prepare yourself to be swept away with breathtaking views at this quaint, charming beach cottage. We gladly introduce you to one of our newest vacation rentals, Sunflower Cottage! This home boasts magnificent views of the Bay, offering a prime location to one of the Shore's coolest little beach towns. Upon entering your vacation home, Sunflower Cottage welcomes you into the enclosed porch - perfect for enjoying a morning cup of coffee or an evening libation. Bountiful views are featured from this room, as well as most every room in the home! Sunflower Cottage offers two bedrooms, one full bathroom, and there is plenty of seating outdoors if you like to dine al fresca. Amenities also include an outdoor shower and a large bench seat/patio area overlooking the water. Walk down the steps at low tide and stick your toes in the sand right in your own back yard!  To complete the vacation package, Cape Charles is a short drive away with some of the best restaurants, shops, and of course the beach for your enjoyment. Make sure to reserve your golf cart in advance- this is the best way to visit the town.
