Located on the Assateague Channel, this is your chance to watch the ponies from your own deck. A wonderful panoramic view awaits you; to the left is the Assateague Bridge; to right of the bridge is the Assateague Lighthouse and ponies; and to the far right is Tom's Cove and the ocean inlet. Come and fish from your own dock and tie your boat along side! Inside you will find central heat/air, 3 decks, all appliances, gas grill, satellite TV & DVD player and internet access. Enjoy evenings resting beside the wood fireplace (off-season).

Please note: Parking is limited to 2 spaces (this includes a boat/trailer if you are bringing one). Max. boat size for docking is 20'. If alternate parking accommodations are needed, please ask.

Welcome to Piney Island Paradise! This well-furnished townhouse is nestled in a secluded cul-de-sac along East Side Drive and offers some of the best views of Assateague Island and the historic lighthouse located across the channel. The channel on Eastside offers some of the calmest water for kayaking, plentiful crabbing, and great fishing. Enjoy the most beautiful sunrise views from this vacation home along with quiet solitude! This home also offers 2 kayaks for your enjoyment! 

Upon entering this home, you will find a half bath, first floor bedroom with a queen-sized bed, a well-stocked kitchen, living room, and large waterfront deck with plenty of seating to relax, enjoy the wildlife, and watch the ponies grazing on Assateague Island. On the 2nd floor you will find two more bedrooms as well as the laundry area. The main suite features a king-sized bed with a full bathroom and waterfront deck to enjoy the peaceful sounds of nature and beautiful sunrise views. You will also find a 3rd bedroom that easily accommodates 5 more guests. This room features a twin over twin bunk, a twin over full bunk, and a full bathroom with walk in shower. This home also includes a nice assortment of beach chairs and a small attached garage where you can store your bicycles and kayaks. Located in lovely Piney Island within a short bike ride to the beach. This single story 2 bedroom, 1.5 bathroom house offers a large screened porch, fully equipped kitchen and spacious living room. Tall Pines has two bedrooms, one with a queen, and other featuring two twins. There is also an air mattress for guest use.  Piney Island offers community water access great for launching kayaks/canoes. To top it all off, Tall Pines is pet friendly with and outdoor dog run in the yard. You won't be disappointed! | | Note: Water access is a shared with the community just a short distance from the rental home.

Welcome to 'Counting Corks' (formerly known as 'Smith Beach Pines'), the moment you step foot in this beautiful waterfront cottage you feel at home. The pet friendly cottage is 1,150 sq ft, featuring 3 bedrooms and 2 full baths. The primary bedroom has a king size bed and TV. On the other end of the home the second bedroom features a queen bed and a TV. The third bedroom features a twin over a full bunk bed. The cottage also has a bar room leading into the deck area, with plenty of seating to entertain. The dock leads to the creek and is just waiting for you to go crabbing, fishing, or kayaking or simply enjoy the beautiful sunrise while drinking a cup of coffee. The property is a short distance to the community beach and to the community boat ramp. Also features an outdoor shower and a firepit area with plenty of seating. The cottage is located just a few short miles from the Historic Town of Cape Charles and about 25 minutes from Kiptopeke State Park.
