Downstairs you will find two bedrooms, one with a queen sized bed and deck, as well as a bedroom that has a full sized bed and a twin bunk bed. Go out to the large screened in porch and enjoy the sounds of nature, or sit downstairs under the home one afternoon and enjoy some fresh catch on the picnic table while enjoying a beverage at the tiki bar. Got a boat? No problem! Off duty has a boat lift and ladder at the dock! The Captain's Cove community offers 3 pools (2 outdoor & 1 indoor), tiki bar, Marina Club and restaurant, 9-hole golf course, kids playground, dog park and more! (with fee) And you're only 20 minutes from Chincoteague & Assateague Islands (the beach), and 30 minutes from Ocean City, MD (boardwalk & amusements).

All Done is located on the popular East Side Road, just minutes from downtown, Maddox Blvd (Beach Road), Memorial Park and the beach on Assateague Island. There are snippet water views of the Assateague Lighthouse and Channel. It is a brand-new home just built in Spring of 2024, and features an open first floor plan joining the kitchen, dining and living rooms into one, as well as a first floor bedroom with full bath. The second floor has 2 more bedrooms including individual full bathrooms, with a walk-in shower in the primary bedroom. There is a spacious laundry room also conveniently located on the second level. The outside of All Done includes a screened porch on the side of the home, and a spacious front porch with ample rockers to enjoy the sunsets over the tree line. There is also a charcoal grill, a large yard for games and parking for up to 4 cars.

Welcome to 'Counting Corks' (formerly known as 'Smith Beach Pines'), the moment you step foot in this beautiful waterfront cottage you feel at home. The pet friendly cottage is 1,150 sq ft, featuring 3 bedrooms and 2 full baths. The primary bedroom has a king size bed and TV. On the other end of the home the second bedroom features a queen bed and a TV. The third bedroom features a twin over a full bunk bed. The cottage also has a bar room leading into the deck area, with plenty of seating to entertain. The dock leads to the creek and is just waiting for you to go crabbing, fishing, or kayaking or simply enjoy the beautiful sunrise while drinking a cup of coffee. The property is a short distance to the community beach and to the community boat ramp. Also features an outdoor shower and a firepit area with plenty of seating. The cottage is located just a few short miles from the Historic Town of Cape Charles and about 25 minutes from Kiptopeke State Park.
